Remarks

Nice admission process. I took uptu exam and got a rank of about 4000. One can apply for direct admission if he/she has a good score in his/her board exams. The school of engineering and technology at kiet offers some of the best engineering courses with 100 percent placement assistance. Admission to these engineering courses is made through upsee score and past academic qualifications.

Course Curriculum Overview

Nice. The course is good. The faculty members are good with a decent understanding of the subject. They provide practical applications of what they teach in the class. They support the students at every step and encourage them to do better and keep doing better.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 119500 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities at kiet are good but you have to have the good technical background to get a good internship. Nothing is free. Some demand a fee and some knowledge. Keep good handy projects in your resume and learn new skills to get market-ready.

Placement Experience

Placements are good. You don't have to worry about placements. You reap what you sow. It all depends on how good is technical knowledge and data structures and algorithm. Companies provide a range of salaries from 300000 to 4400000. You just have to keep good knowledge and use cases of DSA.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees at kiet are quite high. It's about 119500 rupees and 96000 for a hostel. Students get scholarships for their studies from the UP government. If your income is less than 200000 you are eligible for scholarships.

Campus Life

nice college life with a good atmosphere for learning. There are playgrounds for football, basketball, cricket, volleyball, and tennis. There are also indoor game facilities like carrom, chess, and table tennis. There is also a gym. the library is also available for the students and teachers in the college. issuing card are also provided to everyone if he/she wants to issue any book.

Other Applied Colleges

IET Lucknow | BTECH

Didn't get the seat.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

My decision was I could say influenced by my elder brother and I don't regret taking admission here. I applied to all AKTU colleges got rejected only from IET LUCKNOW and KNIT SULTANPUR purely due to percentile reason Other than that I got all the colleges including BIET JHANSI. I chose this one due to placement of the 2022 batch. Admission happens here through JEE MAINS and DIRECT ADMISSION as well For my course if you are general then you should have atleast 90+ percentile if you are from home state that is UP. Direct Admission happens on the basis of 12th result for CSE you need near around 90 percentage...Read More
