The Eligibility of this course is to qualify for class 12th or equivalent examination with valid marks. For the application form, you need to do a regular check on the official website of BIT MesraThere an is only a reservation for the state quota available in 2021.

Course Curriculum Overview

Firstly the B.CA course is a part of engineering so, if you are not eligible to take admission in B.Tech then going through B.CA is the best optiFaculty-student dent ratio in BIT Mesra extension center labor is bad. And qualifications of approx all faculty is Ph.D. or some faculty have their ongoing Ph.D. degree course so knowledge of the faculty us good. Exams are taken on time, ia n covid period where approximately all colleges have delayed in their exam BIT takes their exam on time. The exam is not too difficult 2021 batch. Now we recommend you prefer any branch of BIT except the Lalpur branch. Lalpur branch is too much small it seems like a coaching center where only the spaces for parking even if you are not able to play kho kho or kabaddi on the ground. BIT Mesra labor is in very very very bad condition so don't choose this center. As I thought, you prefer central government colleges then state government colleges and after that take admission in any other pvt colleges.

What about placements? Placements are approx 10% and the lowest package is 3.8 LPA and the highest is 6-7 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini ..., IArevisited on the campus. Last time and make an offer for approx 24 students. The average package is between 3.8-4.2 LPA which is not bad for BCA students. A lot of my batch mates talking about NIMCET-like exams to do their MCA or a lot of students want to do their MCA from BIT Mesra Ranchi main campus bcz labor have no any campus ????.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for BCA for ssessions2021-2024 is given following. 1st sem => 86k 2nd sem => 71k 3rd sem => 78k 4th sem => 78k 5th sem => 85k 6th sem => 85k And there are no scholarships given through the college you are eligible to take scholarships and any other scheme from any other institutions or governments etc. Last year approx 24 students is placed from BCA at BIT extension center labor and the average package is between 3.8-4.2 LPA.

Campus Life

No, the annual fest is conducted in BIT extension center labor till now since I have taken admission and no extra circular activity from college is being held. Some societies are available inside college like "news and publicizing society"(NAPS), "research and development society"(RAD), "Information technology society"(ITS), etc but no any society do anything all are in sleeping mode and one NGO named "DRISHTI" is working in our college this ngo held vaccination drives in the covid period. Now time to explain the campus life???????? No, camp the us is present in BIT Mesra extension center labor only 2 buildings are present and a small space for parking. Now, what about the library? The library is much small but a lot of books are available and I think the library is in good condition. In a simplwordsrd, all students of the labor(Ranchi) center started hating this campus when they saw the actual campus, ohh! Sorry, I forgot that there is no campus only a small parking place is available????.

Infrastructre it would be the best .in the govt. College in ranchi
Teachers , well qualified intellctual and knowledgable
Extra curriculum activities are also good

Dislikes

Discipline , college should work on the descipline
Lecture not attended timely so that student faced difficulties on syllabus
Behaviour of teachers towards student somebodies are very good but some teachers egostic or a misbehaving towards student

My College, My second hoem

Likes

A big campus and an ever resonating campus life
Excellent and helpful faculty members with deep knowledge in their subjects
High quality computer labs along with a supercomputer

Dislikes

Hostel food service, quality and hygiene
Slow and stammering WIFI connection which also gets lost sometimes
A little unhygienic and sometimes not well cleaned washrooms

Placement Experience:

From 9 th semester onwards students of our branch become eligible for campus placements. Companies like VISA, Microsoft come there with lucrative offers. The highest and avarge package are quite impressive. The highest package is nearly 50 lakhs while the average is nearly 12 lakhs. Nearly 50-60 percent of students get placed with some getting multiple offers. After getting degree I am planning to secure a good job through campus placements.

"Not the best, But Not the Worst Either"

Likes

Exams are conducted in proper manner no unfair means. And paper is completely related to the syllabus
Syllabus is designed very good. It's a B.Tech level syllabus in BCA so its good that we are very much advanced as compared to other college and university.
Timely semester ends. 6 months syllabus is completed in 4.5 months so its a good point that you are on time.

Dislikes

Campus is very limited. Only college building that too with 15 classroom and only a parking space in the name of campus.
There is no extra co-curricular activities in our campus. Only attend classes from 9 to 5 and go back home that the college life which you get here in bit lalpur.
There is no coed. The biggest disadvantage which I felt. The college life is really boring for us. There is nothing to entertain us. No fun, I feel like a trap being in this campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college was good before COVID but after covid not that much good. In my batch out of 150 students only 2 student got their placement. Since we are in 5th semester so we are hoping to get more placement opportunities from various companies. The top companies who visit out campus are: 1. Infosys 2. LIC Private Ltd. 3. Tata Consultancy Ltd. 4. Accenture India 5. HCL and many more are yet to come.

Food facilities of canteen and price is also very affordable
Sports section of our college is best because it have almost all indoor and outdoor games
Transport facilities because it have many busses which goes everywhere in ranchi

Placement Experience:

in bca students get placement from 5th sem and in btech students get placement from 7th sem and companies like tcs, Wipro, Infosys and many more. My plans are to become a software developer after completing my course ..

Likes

The College Study Expenses is quite affordable even for lower middle class student.
The faculties are quite experienced with a exciting way to make students learn.
The college provides various courses on UG or PG level like arts humanities, Sciences, Commerce Computer Applications Business Applications.

Dislikes

The Placement records are not good enough.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college is not that good, or we can say it is left on to students. Very few student get the placement offers or the internship opportunites. Only we can say about 105 of the students get placed. The highest salary package was around 5 LPA and the minimum offerd was 2 LPA. Some of the Top compaies visiting our campus involves TCS Cognizant and Accenture.

A good college for a student who is from not so good background.

Likes

Campus is nice, good in hygiene terms. A lot of plants and trees are plated in the campus garden. Classes are very nice and air conditioned.
Response of teachers are very nice. They really work hard for the students. They assists us in all fields.
College security and safety guards are very effective.

Dislikes

College is very far from main road. And the college surrounding is not good.
There are useless rules are ment for the students.
Fines are very high and there is no exemption in fine.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is offered to students who are in their final year. Capable students can easily crack the placement. A decent package is provided of an average of 2-3 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered is about 7LPA. Many different companies visit the college during the placement period offering a good package. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, puma, ceat, Flipkart, etc visit the college for placement. At least 70-78% of students get placed and a rapid improvement is seen in the placement graph of the college.

Good college good faculty

Remarks:

All the staffs including gatekeeper or cleaning staffs are vert friendly and helpful. Once i entered the college first time i was bit confused about going to principal office but one of the gatekeeper came to me and he shows me thepath very politely. I love my college everything is very good in the college.

Remarks:

University is good in all forms from fresher's to farewell but to some extent it lacks in placement as you have to really work hard if you want to get into a named company. Else it is good in providing knowledge, sorting out the problems and many more.

ABOUT BBA BCA COURSE STRUCTURE

In jharkhand, BIT MESRA is the only college that have a goodwill and reputation that's why I have choose this college over other colleges and I have not given any kind of other exam for any other college . I only filled a form of BIT MESRA and got admission I was not interested in any other colleges. If you have to take admission in BBA you need to score 80+ marks to get in 1st merit list and if you scored 85+ you will get direct admission.
