Remarks

eligibility is 60+% in class 12th the admission form can be filled online at ofiicial site of bbdu.ac.in reservations are not here the only improvement i want to see is in the condition of computer labs

the course looked like it was being demanded in industry the most as compared to rest courses offered by college. there is 1:50 ratio between professors:students the faculty members are well qualified and have good knowledge of the subject. the exams are always on time as the academic calender says,and the level of examination is moderate anyone can pass them with regular studies.about 90% of students pass.

from 6th semester onward all are placement eligible . companies like HCL,BYJU'S,VIPRO,SAP,ETC come for placement . highest 32LPA lowest 4LPA. 80%placed. going for microsoft or flipkart after my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

the fee they take is value for money and you also get scholarship after scoring 80+% in semester examinations. you can avail that by not paying the fee or getting it back in back after you pay it. there is also an option of installment in fee you can pay the fee all at once or in installments.

Campus Life

the annual fest here is called UTKARSH i haven't been the part of it beacuse of the pendamic but i'm sure i'll see it one day before i passout. the libarary is bit cool too... the sport facilities in college is good since we have a basketball court,volleyball court and a cricket stadium here. there are many social grps like NCC,NSS,CODING_bbd,AAINA

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

Poor management regarding any issue and problem
iCloud app not working properly and full of glitches and bugs
Slow process and management takes a lot of time to do work

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

I chose Babu Banarasi Das University (BBDU) over the other colleges I was considering because it offered a good balance of infrastructure, faculty support, and specialization opportunities. I wanted to pursue Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence, and BBDU provided this track along with hands-on learning, good labs, and project-based curriculum. Compared to other colleges like Goel and Ramswaroop I found that BBDU had better campus facilities, a strong peer group, and more collaboration opportunities through hackathons, clubs, and industry tie-ups. BBDU : Things you don't know about this college

Anyone can get admission easily since eligibility is more than 40% in 12th. The application form is available on the college site bbdu.ac.in. There is a scholarship for students scoring more than 80% and 90%.
