Remarks
The college is absolutely fine. Especially the mathematics department. The teaching faculties are serious about the teachings and they teach in both Bengali and English language. The college provides a great opportunity to those who are willing to outshine in both their studies as well as in other fields like sports.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I felt comfortable with it and I knew I could go on a long run with this subject. The college faculties are absolutely helpful and the student ratio was 9:2 for boys: to the girls. The faculties are well qualified with a minimum degree of master's and Ph.D. The term exams are held under the guidance of Calcutta university and it is possible to score well and pass well if you study regularly.
Internships Opportunities
No, I was not offered an internship or any other opportunities, and also I had already chosen to avail further studies for acquiring my master's degree. I didn't see many internship opportunities offered in the mathematics department as this course didn't avail such features but I am unaware of other courses.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are affordable for every class of students. The first-time fees are around 2130 INR, which includes the admission fees as well as the college fees for the upcoming two semesters and the second and third-year fees are 1750 INR each which are to be paid in due course of time.
Campus Life
Many fests and programs are held during the starting of the college in May. All regular festivals and events are celebrated without any drawbacks in the college. The college library is in a good condition fitted with acs and has good faculty members to look after. Course-related books are available at the college library.
