Remarks

I initially aimed at becoming a doctor. So I didn't apply to any other colleges. By the time neet exam was over, almost every college seat was occupied. The minimum mark in this college varied according to the different courses. Since I got high scores in English, I easily got admission. On the counseling date, they also offered me various options and what course will be more beneficial to me.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have always had a crush on English since middle school. So I chose to go for my dream. My department's history starts with the inception of the college. Compared with other departments, mine was the most sought-after course. the faculties here teach extra good. The faculty members were experienced and they have doctorates. With the help of audio visual advanced smart class rooms, they make sure we got the best. Exams were conducted monthly and even though it will be stressful, if one has paid enough attention in classrooms, it will be easy to crack.

Placement Experience

From the last semester, many employability programs were conducted and we were well prepared to face interviews. Graffito, Industrial Material private Ltd, approached and offered all senior year students a chance to participate. 10% of the students got selected for the final round and 8 students got the job in the final round. I'm planning to do a master's degree in my field.

Fees and Financial Aid

It was moderate. Our college seems to be the only college in our surroundings, with such an affordable fee structure. Many Scholarships were offered. The management even helps students who are financially unstable.

Campus Life

The fine arts festival was celebrated to welcome the students. Every month Department association was conducted and students enjoyed activities related to the department. Even though ours was a small library, one could get a variety of genres there. Audio lab, smart classrooms, peer study groups, and seminars helped us to improve more and develop ourselves. Extra-curricular activities got equal attention as the curricular activities. Students participated freely in sports and showed their talents. Our book club and magazine club was my favorites. Book club was managed by the student council and every week Tuesday, students get to share their favorite read with the audience. As for the magazine club, it embraced the creativity of students. Many artists find their true selves there.

My collage full of nature covered, birds sound in after 6.00 pm I loved it. And college is like greenish and opposite site there is thindal murugan kovill this is so good
Fancy store and canteen also have in our college. Big sports ground also have in our college, hand ball was so good in our college we also celebrated 50th year celebration of college
Pongal celebration are celebrated highly like columbus and many games are there in pongal celebration in inside our college we are celebrated happily. Food also provided in our college

Dislikes

I didn't like that our staff keep test in lunch hours also . They strictly maintain the class always test , seminars
No western dress wear in our department I didn't like that chudi and pant full covered shall we want to wear in our college
No free hours given . Home work like scholl . I fill I am going to school

Course Curriculum Overview:

Surroundings are good. Exam timing 3 hours . And normal internal test is about one hour maximum one and half hour. Test are strictly maintain. Teaching in tamil can understand by students I think so . And ppt method need more in class . Staff to teach all the lessons and students sometimes take one part of lesson

College environment was very neat and clean always.
The birds they kept at the front side campus were so pleasant and calm
Campus was large in size and comfortable

Dislikes

College management is very strict in handling students
College management allot less money as prize money for academic winners
Students should get pass even for 2 minutes late entry

Course Curriculum Overview:

The department of English not only offers good education but also so many values to lead our life. Faculties were so friendly in clearing students' doubts. There was personality development course to improve students' personality. Students had to choose any other subjects other than they are studying for sbi course. Due to this students learn about other subjects too.

The gender ratio is fairly close to 1:1 and it provides a proper environment for all to collaborate and interact.
Most of the faculty members are reachable.
Students usually get free by 4PM and have the remainder of the day to explore their own things.

Dislikes

More academics oriented - no room for placements on campus as such.
Unable to choose electives - have to do whatever course is available.
Infrastructurally very basic - lacks a lot of facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Has a lot of new age courses like MS Excel, Python and Data Science. It prepares you fairly well for roles like Data Analyst, Financial Modelling, etc. Areas for improvement include optimising the curriculum load as per the students. Two internals (one after a month after sem starts, second a few weeks before the end sem) and the end sem. I feel the end sem is relatively easier due to the preparation we endure for the internals.

I chose this course out of my interest in Islamic studies and my religion. There are many qualified faculty members both men and women. The faculty of our college is well qualified and has an experience in the teaching field. There are 2 cycle tests in an academic year and 1 model exam at the end of the year and final semester conducted by tnou.
