Remarks

Candidates can apply for this course via qualifying JEE Main with a rank under 20000. You can find the application process on the official website of DTU. It has reservations for home students and ST, SC, OBC, and EWS students. I don't want any improvement.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because it gives good placements. The faculty/students ratio is 95/1. All the professors are highly qualified. Their teaching method is also very good. There are two semesters in this college. It is not difficult to pass them.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Companies like Airbus, Microsoft, Zomato, TCS, etc come for placements. The highest, Minimum, and average packages are respectively 1.09 CPA, 6 LPA, and 13.24 LPA. More than 85 percent of students get placed. My plan after getting a degree are to prepare for UPSC.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are different types of scholarship programs. I avail Pandit Man Mohan Nath Dhar Scholarship. It is available for financially weak students. Many more scholarships like caste-based, rank-based, etc are also available. I haven't got any Job on campus.

Campus Life

Engifest is the annual cultural fest of DTU. It is usually held in mid-February. INNOVA is the techno fest of DTU. There are a huge collection of books in this college. It supports sports activities also.

Good college for leaning and enjoy campus life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

A NICE LITTLE INFO ON MY FAV. DTU

I have applied to GGSIPU , AKTU and other state colleges , I got admission in all of them but DTU was better than them So i chose it I also managed to crack bits goa but the fees was legit too high for me to afford I get rejected from lower NITS because of my rank. Rank is the only deciding factor in getting into college, nothing else college admission was just like school admission. The only difference was the huge pile of documents. You have to submit so many papers, category documents, residence documents To be eligible, you need to score at least 60% in your Class 12th boards for all category students You also have to sit for the JEE exam, and your admission depends entirely on your JEE rank...Read More
