Remarks

The admission process for the Government College of Engineering Bargur is done by tnea counseling. Counseling is based on cut off mark gained through 12th mark and also there is reservation of seats through counseling through caste reservation. Fees for the application of tnea is 5500 in which 5000 will be deposited to college as a part of 1st year fees.

I choose the course because I had interested in the field of computer science engineering. In this college, infrastructure are good. Faculties are well knowledged. Approximately 5 months for a semester so after 5 months semester will be held.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester you will be eligible for campus placements. Zoho and Accenture are some of the companies visited for the placement. The average package is 4 lakhs per annum and the highest package is 7 lakhs per annum. Almost 85 percentage students got placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

In this college fee structure will be less compared to all other colleges. It is easy to pay the fees through the scholarship. Through college, we can apply for the Tamilnadu scholarship. They will process your scholarship application and provide you scholarship amount.

Campus Life

In this college, there will be a symposium by which other college students can participate in the technical events once a year and all kinds of author books and journals are available in the college library. Classrooms are equipped with smart tv for teaching.

you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
