My college Journey

I got the college and course through CET which was based on my ranking, we directly approached the college for admission and the admission process was smooth we just had to fill in basic details in a college database and paid prescribed fees for the course along with CET order copy.

I always wanted to get into the technology field so I had chosen information science and engineering, faculty were very informative and supportive to all students also most of them had done p.hd and few are doing p.hd there were enough faculty to teach all branches of students in an effective way. We used to have exams at regular intervals of time.

Internship used to be along with full time for most of the company. Personally, for me, I got both internships (at iManage 30k/month) and full-time employment(at KPMG7 lakh/annum)separately. Development, testing, and cloud operator were some of the internship roles offered.

Usually, placements get started we are in the 7th semester, we just have to ensure our cgpa is above 7 and we do not have backlogs to be eligible for sitting in placements. In 2022 many companies like KPMG, Amazon, Phone pe, PWC, EY, Cognisant, and FIS to name a, they visited our college. Almost 95% of the people in my class placed. 20lakh and 4lakh were the max and min packages.

We had it 1lakh/annum each year and the scholarship was a great thing, I personally used to get 2 scholarships NSP and SSP each year which was very supportive for my studies and travel expenses. And the college authority had taken enough care to notice us the dates to apply for scholarships and approved them on time.

Esperanza the college fest every year we had it in the month of June Or July and we used to have farewells for passing out students and all kinds of ethnic days in our college. We had a fully-fledged library both digital and books section also we had smart classrooms. We used to have tournaments between all branches and also with other colleges. Recently a cultural club started in our college but I couldn't explore it as I was in my last month of passing out from college.
