Remarks
I gave the JEE mains exam to take admission to this college. The counselling was done by AKTU. There is some reservation for other castes but not for general. I got a CSE branch in counselling. I dont think there is any improvement necessary for the exam criteria.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose btech because I want to become a good software engineer and software developer. I want to contribute to my nation in this field of technology. There are about 300 faculties total in all branches. 1500 students in 1st year. So the faculty-to-student ratio is quite good. The faculties are having good knowledge of their respective subjects. They are very helpful. They help students in their bad and good times. They are very qualified too. The teaching pattern is also very good. Teaching is based on university exams. Exams are taken every 2 months. We have 3 exams in one semester. And then the final university exams. Exams are not very hard to pass because the teachers teach according to the university pattern. Overall it's a good time in college going on.
Internships Opportunities
You can have internships in companies like Infosys, Samsung etc. The roles offered by the companies are app developer, software developer etc. Many students grab the opportunity of internship in 2nd year because of the skills they learn in college.
Placement Experience
The placement in my college is about 90 %. But for core branches, the placement is 100%. The average package in the CSE branch is 4.5 lakhs. You can have an internship during the 2nd year and there is a high chance you will get a placement after that. The highest package offered is about 44 lakhs by Amazon. The lowest package offered in my college is about 3 lakhs. My plan after the placement is to excel more in this field and contribute to my country.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for my course are about 135000. I know it's costly but I think it's okay because it is a private college. But still, this fee can be reduced. There are scholarship chances for the students who can't afford the fee of this college. You can grab that scholarship if you are eligible.
Campus Life
Campus life is very good here. There are many things to enjoy. There are many fests happening in my college like Spardha, Frescos, etc. There are many clubs to join if anyone wanted to excel in other skills other than academics. You get a lot of time here for all such things. The clubs like Google DSC club, and SAEKIET ( the design club). Mostly all the clubs are run by seniors.
Hostel Facilities
There are two hostels for the students of 1st year. I live in the Chandragupta hostel. The rooms are very large and the rooms are 3 seater with attached bathroom. There is a mess where you get a good quality food. Warden sir is very helpfull person. You will feel like a home here .The charges for hostel is ? 94000. The security is very tight. Overall the hostel is very good to opt for. You can take PG outside the college . There are many PG outside . Many friends of mine are residing in PG and those PG are also good.But i will suggest to go for hostel.
