Remarks

There is a university test-based exam and based on intermediate percentage admission process goes on and based on your cut off the fee concession will be provided and you can directly contact or you go through the website.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I have chosen data science at the university. Because I love big data skills. I'm passionate about it. Coming to the faculty-student ratio there is a high ratio that is 1:90 it was hard to control the class for faculty. Teaching is good. Faculty also qualified. It was moderately difficult to pass the examination.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Coming to this internship program there are a lot of facilities that will be provided. Lots of projects are there to do and for practice programming like code tantra and for perfection in English, many programs were introduced.

Placement Experience

3.5

As our university is newly built one still no campus drives are done. four years were not complete. But university is tied up with many companies to get placements for students and provide many abroad programs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is based on university exam and intermediate board exam based on marks obtained in the both you get fee concession and this is the new university still placements not yet done and many training programs are going on.

Campus Life

3.5

The infrastructure was good as it is a new campus all are in good condition. Many cultural fests are going to happen. And once a year, sports fests will be conducted and no social clubs are run by students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Placement Experience:

No batch has graduated yet so there's no record of placement data yet. But more than 200 students got internships. Also the unique point of NIAT is students gets internships from their 1st year itself. NIAT has connection in the industry also its unique teaching style, this allows 1st year students to get internships. Although there is no pass out batch yet, still many people got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college course curriculum is outdated .As im studying in computer science and engineering,i wpuld love to study about technological aspects and grow as a software engineering but in the course curriculam they teach my about mechanical workshops,There were no practical experience it jsut understanding the concept with theoritical part . i would love lo code but my college wastes entire time by helping with electricals, meachanical basics. i dont think is it really necessary for me understand in all the feilds they think that student should perform in all the fields as im in computer science and engineering student ,They should teach me more about coding and computer ,how it industries works and how these technology enhacning ,the arenot even explore about all these sectos they only teaching me about fundametals of all the subjects which is never useful for my studies . as i am in final year of btech i thought learning and deepdiving into computerscience and engineering subjects is more greater than learning all sector fundamentals,The area they need to improve is removing some of the oudated syllabus from their ciricullum and enhcing with the pratical experience not to teach only theoritical part. they have to teach all the areas with realtime examples. The timings of exams is very good .we do have 2 mid exams and one semester final exams for each sem and the subjects feels meduim level difficulty

Placement Experience:

The placements are comparatively more in this college, as there is more industry exposure. Students are eligible for placements from around 3-2 (3rd yr-II sem) to 4-2 (4th yr- II sem). Companies like Amazon, Cognizant, NCR often visit the campus. The highest package offered last year was 1.2 cr (International offer). Around 90% students who were eligible got placement. My plan is to get a decent package after the degree.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th semester. The companies start visiting in 7th and 8th semesters. The companies are not much good and are mostly service based. So the placement statistics are also not much good. The highest placement last year was 10 lpa and the median placement was around 4.1 lpa. The placements were starting from 2.5 lpa. The better option for students is to apply for off-campus placements or start preparing for competitive exams
