They have nothing to do with eligibility. When you go to the reception desk of UNIVERSITY they will give all the details of fees ,date and course fees. . Nothing to do with reservation benefits of you have money you can join course. Exam happened here time to time with good infrastructure and all. Mangalayatan University is the best university and one of the best university and there are many facilities.
