Remarks

Eligibility of PGDM in ICFAI Gurgaon was to achieve 50% marks in graduation and we had to clear the CAT exam with a good score. Application form, fees and dates can be found on their online site. The admission process was easy and flexible.

Course Curriculum Overview

I did a master's in marketing as I had an interest in marketing career options. The faculty was really informative and helpful The faculty was well versed and we had a lot of case studies and presentations. Term exams were every 4-5 months and we had to study really hard as the competition was high.

Internships Opportunities

I did an internship with IMRB Kolkata. I had to evaluate the performance of TATA Housing through customer satisfaction ratings. Analyze the findings and provide recommendations to THDC to improve the customer handling

Fees and Financial Aid

The full fee of a college includes payment for activities, tuition fees and infrastructure. I took a loan from a bank for my education from a public bank. I got placed in Yes Bank Ltd. with the package of 3,50,000/-

Campus Life

Blitzkreig is the annual fest which was conducted in the month of December. We had Placement cells and a student union we could find all the possible books and journals in the library We had competitions like short put, cricket, dance etc.

Interview Experience

The topic for GD is whether Digital marketing is a boon. Smart India GST has impacted small traders. We also had aptitude tests, MCQ, GD, PI 50% score in graduation and CAT score I prepared for the interview via youtube videos, books and seniors' help

One of the best universities for MBA

Likes

I like the overall vibe of the university. The infrastructure is very good with good grounds and eating points.
KRMU conducts fests, events, programmes and many other extra curricular activities. A few months ago, Jasmine Sandlas had performed here.
The faculties are very good and helpful. Internships are also offered. Moreover, placements of he last year was also good, one of my senior got 11LPA package.

Dislikes

A lot of time, the washrooms are dirty, the university should focus on cleanliness and hygien of the washrooms.
I don't like the 75% mandatory attendance.
The university should partiipate in games more like cricket tournament.

Placement Experience:

Placements is good. Higher placements come for Engineering students but MBA and BBA students also get avg placement of 8-9 LPA. Many of my seniors from last year got good placements at top companies like Hyundai, Maruti,Amkette, Flipkart, Adaan.

Placement Experience:

In the first year, there are placement opportunities for internship and in the second year, there are proper campus placements that take place, led by a student elected placement committee. Some of the top companies that extended offers for the students were Microsoft, Google, AccStrat, ITC, Mondelez, JPMC etc. The highest package offered was 5L and the average was 2.2L with 100% placements for the summer internships. I plan to work in the finance or consult sector after getting my degree.

Remarks:

The campus life at our college is very enjoyable. The system of library help the students to gain knowledge through different books. Ciunselling system is also provided at the college so that the student can get a healthy environment. Indoor Game facilities and a common room is also provided. These all are the positive things about our college.

Remarks:

College is cleaned. Rooms are very airy it would be good if there was an AC. But it is o.k. Campus is cleaned and green. Canteen is so good. They use to make fresh food every day which is the best thing of them so there is no need to worry about stomach ache due to old food. Overall good college.

Remarks:

Rules are strict. Students have to be punctual at college timings. In starting, schedule seems tough but after days goes, all turns into quality. Whatever the schedule is: it is good and long term beneficial for the growth of the students.

Remarks:

Considering the experience of the participants, the course has been designed for learning and upgradation of knowledge and skills nationally as well as internationally. The Course curriculum also includes one week foreign exposure to a neighbouring country. The international attachment of the participants of this group was organised at ‘Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kedah, Malaysia’.

Remarks:

The uniqueness of the programme lies in its extensive use of market professionals as resource persons for the programme. Apart from sound grounding in academic concepts pertaining to the capital markets, the participants gets a chance to interact with senior regulatory officials, executives of exchanges, leading merchant bankers and foreign institutional investors.

A Deep Dive into IBS Gurgaon

I applied for ICFAI Business School,JAIPUR before taking admission in gurgaon. In jaipur they offer MBA(Masters of business administration) which is a theoritical degree and in gurgaon they offer PGPM (Post graduation program in management) which is a practical course,that's why i choose this college over others and the location is also quite good as gurgaon is the hub of jobs. Eligibility of the course mainly you need to be a Graduate and the application form, application fee and application dates were given on their official website. First of all, there were 2 rounds of tests for admission, mainly the first one was Entrance test which was IBSAT and the Second round was the GD round. IBS Gurgaon Review

Good- They Pay full attention to students, have interactive assignment and case based study, Dean Also interact with students.
