Remarks

I got admission through the IPU CET entrance test. I got 224 ranks and in the first counseling I got admission. Application forms are available on IP university's official website. The admission process is easy once you get the college in counseling you will receive an email then you can visit and complete the remaining process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to build my career in the tech field that's why I opted for BCA. The student environment is quite suitable here you can easily fit in the environment. Teachers are well qualified here. Once you get admission you will surely feel that you are in is the right place. Exams are also quite good, if you have studied hard you can surely pass the exam.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Internships Opportunities

3.5

As of now, internship opportunities are also available. I have seen a few of our seniors once get the internship and then get a permanent job in the same company. We get opportunity for an internship in the fifth semester.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement opportunities are quite good here. Various big companies visit for campus placements. As for the tech field, I know WIPRO, TCS, Infosys, etc visit our college. Several students get placed very well. The average package of our college is around 4 lakh per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

I do not know much about scholarship opportunities but I have heard from other students that scholarship facilities are available and the fee structure is quite stable too. Book bank facility is also available whose amount is refundable after completion of the course.

Campus Life

The social environment of college is quite good. Various societies are there which you can be part of. The library facility is also good you can easily find books related to your course. Book bank facility is also available which you can avail by paying a minimal amount which is refundable after completion of your course.

"Convenient and recognised distance learning"

Likes

My overall experience a IGNOU has been good the universities very helpful for students who want flexible and affordable education along with other responsibilities
The study material provided by IGNOU is detailed and easy to understand and the examination process is transparent
One of the best thing about IGNOU is its low fee structure and flexibility in learning

Dislikes

However there are some areas that need improvement sometime the administrative process can be slow and getting quick responsive from study centre may take time
Campus life is limited compared to regular colleges because IGNOU mainly focus on distance learning
Placement support exist but is not a strongest regular University so students upon need to rely on their own skills and efforts

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would read the IGNOU courses curriculum has good in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness the syllabus is well structured and design for distance learning with study material explain concept clearly and support service study this flexibility and affordability for the main reason I choose this course the curriculum provides are strong theoretical foundation and is useful for father studies as well as basic professional knowledge how ever Addy more practical exposure life internet is session and update industrial oriented content could make the course even better IGNOU conductor and examination twice a year along with compulsory assignment that contribute to the final marks the exam schedule is convenient and difficulty level is moderates student to follow the study materials and cement on the time can clear the exam without much difficulty or all the curriculum is student friendly relevant and su suitable for learner who prefer flexible higher education while managing other responsibilities.

Faculty gives you a practical implementation and for your betterment always

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course was very old I think there was a change in syllabus and activities for the students. Provide practical knowledge and work on skills development rather then written knowledge Because skills helps for placement not anything else.

BVIMR REVIEW

Likes

Canteen was really good, various variety of veg and non-veg food was available
Library was a good place to study and concentrate
Ground area was very big to take a stroll

Dislikes

Too much academic pressure was put as there were exams every 2 weeks
There were no events held through out the 3 years
Very bad placement cell, no opportunities for placement at all

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was not up to date at all, the languages taught are outdated, I had to persue courses from institutions to gain experience. Very little practical knowledge was given in each subject, the subjects were taught from theory point of view

Get set start with brief info about VIPS.

I applied for Delhi Universities and IP Universities. The first criteria to get into DU is based on merit but also you have the second option ie. by giving the the-Jat exam. Though the cut-off yet goes high for general category students. So I ended up getting into the topmost colleges of IP universities in my course. IP has an entrance exam for every student and the maximum % of admission depends on the Rank you get in the CET. For my course, it is mandatory to have Maths and English in your 12th. The l the rank results higher the chance you to get admitted. The process has 3 rounds after the results. Post getting the results you set your college preferences and according to your rank, you are allotted one. If you are satisfied with the college you can get yourself enrolled but if not you can wait for the second round which goes the same way. But even if you are yet not satisfied you can wait for the spot round ie. if someone leaves that spot. The entire admission process in IP is systematic....Read More
