Remarks
Dtu takes admission on the basis of jee Mains percentile. It has a separate counseling process for that you have to apply for jac . Reservation is there on the basis of castes and also for the students who have done 12th from Delhi.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is the same as followed in NITs. I have taken Electrical engineering. Faculty-student ratio is quite good we have a batch size of 60 students. Faculties are highly qualified. The teaching method is good too since it's a college so in the end, you have to study by yourself. In each semester mid sem and end sem are there. They are not much difficult.
Internships Opportunities
Good Companies like Texas Samsung Adobe sprinkler, etc hire interns every year and offers a very good stipend. Tech internship is more as compared to core. Students must have good knowledge of languages. They have many projects like data analysis and many more.
Placement Experience
Placements are very good. From 4th year students are eligible for campus placements. Almost all the companies which visit IITs visit here. The highest package was around 1.20 crore. The average package differs from branch to branch. Very large no of students gets placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are quite high. They are increasing it every year. It almost cost you around 10 lacs for 4 years, Many scholarships are there based on academic performance, for low-income families. The internship is there through which you can get a very good stipend.
Campus Life
Dtu is famous for its chill college life, The annual fest is ENGIFEST which is very famous but last time it got postponed due to COVID and many other fests are there too The library is very good whether it is infrastructure or books. Classrooms are well equipped with AC smart screens Various sports events are there every year in hostels, branch-wise, inter college. Dtu has society for everything whether it is startup, drama, social help, debate, and so on.
