For taking admission to DTU, one has to qualify for jee mains and take part in JAC Delhi counselling, moreover, you should have cleared your board exams with at least 60% marks(depending on the academic year). If you are a delhite (done 12 from a registered institute in Delhi) you will be eligible for home state reservation Reservations for economically backward, single girls child etc are also available
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is simply outdated and facilities can't help it, professors are willing to help you if you reach out to them, exams are tough as mostly you will not understand what is going on in class and study resources are not beginner friendly
Placement Experience
Placements are good at DTU, More than 350 company visit the campus for placement including all Top MNC and Faang companies, if you are a student of CS or IT related branch you should not be worried about the placements, however increasing strength of batches result in tough on-campus competition during placements
Fees and Financial Aid
Every year there is a fee hike in DTU and the hostel and mess charges also tend to increase annually, in recent time fee hike seems unjust for a reputed govt college like DTU. However, if you are from a reserved category you shall be all state, centre and university scholarship Plus scholarship based on academic performance is also given i.e. 10000 rupees for securing department rank 1
Campus Life
Campus-like is amazing at DTU infrastructure is an amazing, well-maintained sports complex, gym and library. Dtu is a well-maintained and good-looking University with a campus size of more than 140 acres.

Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology - [MAIT], New Delhi | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)
This was a private college and didn't have much brand value and opportunities as compared to DTU
