Remarks
At least 55% is a must in 12 classes. Online application forms are available by visiting the site of SGT University. As such, the admission process is simple and easy. If the newcomer faces any difficulty, faculties are there to manage them.
Course Curriculum Overview
Forensic science is about teaching science in reality and decreasing crime rates. Around 8-10 faculties are available for the class of 30 students. Many faculties are highly experienced (16-20 years) and have deep knowledge of the field. The term exams are always at the right time, neither late nor early. The difficulty of passing the exam is not as much as people usually think.
Internships Opportunities
We visited forensic labs in Himachal Pradesh and Dharamshala where we were taught about different forensic science departments and examined the evidence along with the forensic scientist.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible from the 5 sem onwards. Companies such as Concentrix, byjus, NIIT, Wipro, etc visit. The highest package in my faculty is 5 l.p.a and the least is 3.5 l.p.a. Of the applied students, 80 per cent are being placed. However, I'll pursue higher education at the same university.
Fees and Financial Aid
The semester fee is 50k and it's appropriate. No extra charges are available. Numerous webinars are conducted free of cost. Scholarship on the basis of marks scores in the first and second year is given via cheque. 10% of the yearly fee is rewarded to the scholars pursuing graduation.
Campus Life
Numerous fest are organised by the University such as Diwali fest, Holi fest, symphonious, basant fest, etc. Every classroom has proper AC and projector. Numerous sports events are conducted every one or the other month such as football, cricket, volleyball, basketball etc. The students are running the DSW committee and the organization of every faculty.
Interview Experience
Physics, chemistry, and general biology questions are asked to check the individual's knowledge. The prospectus is needed to be filled and then you can simply take admission in the course of your choice. Rounds were so simple that anyone who has a basic knowledge of science could clear them with ease.
