Remarks

The eligibility of course is not that quite complicated. They just look at your 12th, MH-CET (according to state CET). The application can be found on the University website, fees & dates are then revealed by them. This task was not that hard & complicated, so there are no improvements required.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had a very good interest in the aerospace industry so I had to choose this. The Faculty:Student Ratio is perfect as the faculty are experts in their subject. The teachers are very highly qualified. Be it from a lab instructor to the Head of the department. The examination pattern is a Two Semester Pattern. It's not a hard task to pass the exam.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 175000 per year

Internships Opportunities

4.5

I completed my Internship at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (Nashik) for six weeks. There was no stipend over them as they do not offer stipends for the interns. Basically, we have to submit two projects to the college. One is a Mini-Project is to be completed in the 6th semester & Major Project in the final semester. A jury reviews our project.

Placement Experience

After the completion of the 4th semester usually, the training & placement section comes into play where they tend to bring companies for internship/placement. There were many companies like Skyroot, Airbus, TATA, etc. Students who achieved more than 60% in their engineering usually get a good placement. My plan after graduation is to try for Short Commission Services.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are very reasonable compared to other universities in Pune. The hike is approximately around 5-10%(not so sure). If you talk about financial assistance, then I had to apply for an education loan.

Campus Life

Talking about the annual fest then "The Persona" college fest is one of the most famous college fests in Pune that takes place in the month of February. The college has a very big library where students from various branches come & study eventually by issuing books. My one of the most favorite things is Sports. I represented my Engineering college & University in cricket. I tare sports very highly on my list. As it is the best thing that has ever happened in my college life. Each branch has its own group& social platform.

MIT-ADT Through My Lens

Likes

College campus is the most beautiful thing and is favorite among the students
College culture, the amount of events and extra curriculars offered are unbeatable.
The learning facilities are top notch, from labs to classrooms everything is great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have completed degree in Computer science with Al and analytics as specialization, considering that the course is very relevant and industry specific, there are often industry visits and mentor sessions to learn real time. The exams are conducted thrice every semester two exams are of 20 marks each and final is of 60 marks, the diffculty level is easy to moderate and it also varies student to student.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.
