DTU in one Place

For admission, you have to give jee mains. Admission is fully based only on jee mains score. After jee mains result, there is a JAC counselling form online you have to fill out and choices according to your preference. Jac included 4 colleges DTU, Nsut, nit Delhi and igdtuw. According to your choices, there are multiple rounds of counselling and based on your choice, college is allotted to you.

I choose this course because from ECE I have both options, I can rather go to the coding field or the core field. There is a good ratio of faculty: to students. I never felt a problem that our lecture got cancelled due to a lack of faculty. All faculty members are very qualified but not at the level of IIITs. But they have knowledge about the subject which they are tutoring. We have a semester of 4-5 months. In this span, we have 1 end tern exam and 1 mid-term. And some Class tests, labs, viva etc.

From starting of 3 rd year, students can sit for internships also. But 10-15 % of students get the internship but they are pretty good packages. Companies like Sprinklr, amazon, American Express and many more appear for internships. Roles provided by these are from SDEs to technical associates.

For campus placement students are able to sit in these from the start of 4th year. Placement is not an issue for the DTU because every year there are good placements. Every single company visit DTU. From FAANG to startups. From Microsoft to adobe. 80-90% of students got placed with good packages. The highest package is 64lac(apple) domestic. I didn't have knowledge of the international packages. The average package is 12-15 lac.

4 years have different fee structures. 1yrs- 1lac 60 thousand 2yrs- 1lac 80 thousand 3yrs- 1lac 96 thousand 4yrs- 2lac 6 thousand I don't know much about scholarships but yes there is a facility for scholarships also and many students use this facility also. I got an offer in my 4th year from OYO rooms. Stipend - 60k

Life is great on campus. There are many things which you can explore like there are many societies, tech teams, fest etc. There are robotics societies, coding teams, etc. There are a lot of fests which are taking place, but the biggest one is THE ENGIFEST. You never get bored in this college, there are so many things you can do, Classrooms for juniors have a lot of facilities like projectors central ac, and big rooms but for seniors, it is ok. There is a great culture of sports too. There are many teams of Dtu which take part in inter-college competitions. Like outdoor- cricket, football, volleyball, handball, and badminton. Indoor - table tennis, chess etc.
