The admission process was smooth. I cleared jee and applied for JAC counseling and paid the fee for the first round. Then got a seat at DTU in the first round. Then I paid the college fees online mode and got admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is boring and the curriculum is out of date. They are teaching us useless subjects in which we don't need any expertise. Teachers are not at all supportive and very aggressive. They will take out personal anxiety on your exam sheets. We have to beg them for a 1-1 mark so that we at least pass. I got decent marks in my external exams but they gave me fewer marks in internals and so I failed.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are very affordable for students and ews students can avail the facility of scholarship. Besides that, we receive free medical insurance from the college. Campus jobs are excellent but personally, I don't feel that BTech is worth it after this lot of pressure and tension. I have been diagnosed with depression and this is taking over my mind. Should go for BBA instead.
Campus Life
Annual fest- engifest with a footfall of 1 lakh. E summit. Clubs are good but politics is involved in the assigning of heads and co-head positions. Girls are favored more over boys. Rest there are some small fests that keep occurring randomly over the year.
