Remarks

The eligibility of the course is to pass the 12th graduation with a minimum percentage of 60 in all subjects The application forms can be distributed inside the college, the application fee costs around 700 and application dates are announced in the college portal. I have not received any reservation benefits No improvement is required in the admission process

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because of my interest in mechanical-related jobs There is a good relationship between the faculties and students, also faculties are good at teaching concepts Almost all of the faculties are well qualified with PHD in their corresponding subjects Term exams are timely occurring once in 2 months

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Nissan company offers the role of sales executive, and designer opportunities for students with a stipend of 6000 under internship programs Projects like designing in AutoCAD and outcomes depend on individuals to clarify the tasks

Placement Experience

Students become eligible during the 6th semester for placements Companies like Nissan, Hyundai, and Hyatt are the top companies that visited and made offers The highest package stands for 28000 and low package is initially 12000 per month percentage of students getting placed is nearly 80 per cent. My plan is to get an MBA degree after I finish my UG program

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost to study and fees hike policy is literally acceptable as students get to access all the facilities available I claimed a student scholarship and was financially assisted by my relatives also I got an on-campus job with a stipend of 6000 before I got placed

Campus Life

The annual fest named SSE2KFEST occurs in May every year and the tech fest named SSE2KTECH occurs in Jan every year Journals and books are of new collections and new books with no damage as the library are often refurbished every year Classrooms are provided with smart boards for a better understanding Sports and extracurriculars are focused on by the college, thus aspiring students to achieve in games Social groups and websites are run by students in the final year on social media

Hostel Facilities

The room consists of a single cot bed with bedsheets and wifi facility along with a general bathroom for 10 rooms Meal quality and quantity are the finest as to speak of its taste Registration processes are done initially during the payment of the first-year admission fees Tambaram is the locality I have rented a room for my PG program

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

The number of colleges i applied are not that many but i still applied for few ones .like i applied for REC,SSN,VIT,CEG.the reason i chose this one affordability amongst all. I applied through tnea counselling. I had a cutoff of 189.5/200 and I applied for top colleges like CEG,MIT,SSN. I know I won't get seat in those colleges as my cutoff is not upto that level.
