DTU - Chill,Enjoy, Placement, Friends...

Admission to DTU is through the JAC Delhi counseling process in which there were a total of 4 top colleges of courses other than IITD like DTU, NSUT, IIITD, and NITD. So, students get their admission through JEE Main AIR. In these college counseling, you could get reservation-like stuff also ie. 85%reservation of seats for Delhiites, etc. 1 improvement that I would like to see is a refund of the money of students should be given by JAC whenever a student wants to take back his name like many students lose their money while trying for getting admission also in nit through csab counseling. Rest all of the things seems to be good.

Because I wanted to study automatic vehicles, and the modification of vehicles as this automation world is going to boom in the next 10 years. The faculty is good here at DTU they all wanted us to study and they do. The Student: faculty ratio is 70:3. There u won't get a shortage of exams like mid sem, end sem and projects assignment, and other stuff that would try to make you busy.

Internships are for all companies like Google, sprinkler, tower research, Microsoft, Facebook, etc. But it's all upto you if you also want to do some internship in any new startup then you may try that also but getting an internship in a crowd like DTU is a little bit harder for you but try to our best to getting intern here.

By end of 2nd year placement and orientation starts here. The highest is 1 crore here. Percentage of students is too good for getting placed we could say that it's around 80 % which is good.

The fees of DTU nowadays are too high and they will increase year by year like next year there will be a hike of around 20 k. But don't worry about the fees you could easily get an educational loan here. Scholarships are available also like nsp, e-district, etc.

Life is just too chill here. Fests are top-notch around the whole of north India even IIT Delhi couldn't create an impact like the DTU fest. There is a big library in college where you could easily publish any book u want with your ID card. Sports are also at the top level here as all games have their separate court present here as it had a campus of 165 acres which means it does have a good space for having good sports facilities.
