The admission is done on the basis of rank achieved in JEE Mains exam. The applications for admission is done from JAC delhi portal. After submitting the application the counseling process is done and you can get this course in a rank anywhere around 30-40k The fees per year is 219000 which increases every year.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I like automobiles and i already have some knowledge about automobiles due to my dad. The student ratio is not good. There is around 20 boys per 1 girl The professors are very much educated and experienced but the teaching methods are average. There is a mid sem exam and a end sem exam. The exams are generally easy but lengthy.
Internships Opportunities
The big companies like Google, Microsoft, spinkler, adobe, etc offer internships for many tasks but mostly for frontend and backend. The spinkler and Microsoft offered 2lac stipend last semester and other companies also offered big stipends like 1lac, 80k, etc
Placement Experience
From 7th semester the placement offers starts coming. But the companies start coming from 5th semester for internships and these companies sometimes also offer PPOs. Almost every big company comes and also offers many jobs. Almost 80%-85% students get placements. For me after btech i want to pursue mtech.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for 2022-2023 session is 219000 Which is very high and there is no fee concession for reserved category students but ews students may get around 100000rs concession. The fee is hiked every year by about 15000rs. You can get on campus internship but it pays very less around 3500rs per month
Campus Life
The life on campus is very exciting. The fests are huge and there are many fests like tech fest, cultural fest, e summit, etc. The books are easily available from the library and some bools can also be issued for whole semester. Each classroom have projetors with speakers. The campus have a huge sports complex with space for around every sport and the equipments can be issued also.
