Remarks

There are no entrance exams to enter the college. You just want to visit the college. They will tell you about the fees detail. Entering government quota is better than managing. The admission process area was quite disciplined and noiseless. Better to visit directly to the management.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are friendly teachers. They will guide you in the proper method, it will quite helpful. Pass marks for exams are 50/100, both internal and model exams. The all faculties in the college are experienced staff.

so much of companies are hiring students. From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. companies like L&T and few offers are made. The average package as per the company is 10-12lakhs per year. Above 9CGPA of students are the priorities to getting placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Most people's first priority is the fee structure. The cost to study per year (RS2lakhs). The bus fees and food is provided, and the free day scholar is. That's good. Both breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Campus Life

one of the disappointing ones on the campus is about the festivals. They are not conducting any festivals due to some problems that happened in the past. The availability of books in the library is excellent with different authors. In classrooms, benches for students are proper and good. They are providing wooden benches. Per bench, two people can sit.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas.My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.

Panimalar : A paradise For The Learners

My cutoff for engineering was too low to join this college but the only thing that was a favour to me is my community. I come under a reserved community, and my friends who are from other communities with higher cutoff than me couldn't make it to Panimalar. My admission to this college was through Government Counselling by choice filling. Before my choice filling, I've heard a lot about Panimalar through Social Media and I've got fascinated by their placement percentage, food quality, transport quality, etc... So, I placed panimalar at the top of the choice list and It's the only college I chose from Chennai. I've made choices majorly from Trichy like K Ramakrishna Engineering College, Saaranathan Engineering College, MAM Engineering College and other colleges around Perambalur, Salem. I was so happy when I got an admission in Panimalar. They invited me directly to the college for the admission process. Me with my dad went for the admission. There was a huge queue sitting in front of us. We got amazed by the demand for the admission in this college. After all our time in the queue we finally got into the admission room. They first got all required documents and xeroxes from us including the printout of the admission invitation. Then we paid the fees for the first year including book fees.
