The Campus life

I chose CSE in gitam. The faculty is well qualified for the course as all the professors have been post-graduates. The teaching plan and the schedule of the semester are given well before the start of the semester. Faculty will be chosen by us in the course registration process every semester. The faculty-to-student ratio is good as everyone gets faculty and there is no shortage of it. Classes are smart classrooms and ppt presentation is mostly preferred. The exam schedule is given well before the semester and it is a continuous evaluation when talking about exams.

Students are eligible for placement for 4 semesters. Wipro, Amazon, cognizant, etc. many other companies visit our college for placement and almost everyone gets the job but few people choose further studies than jobs. The highest package is 46 LPA and the average package is 3.6lpa. 100% of students get placed my basic plan Is to pursue an MS after getting a degree.

There is a difference in fees for every year. When compared with us there is an increase of 35,000 fees to our juniors. Studying in gitam nearly takes 12,00,000 for our course to get completed scholarship is given based on the rank you get in the GAT exam conducted by gitam. Campus recruitments are good enough and you can get a job easily with gitam.

Fests are conducted by clubs on campus every 3 months. They are part and parcel of the campus. We have a knowledge resource Centre where all books are found. It contains many books along with a computer lab. Classrooms are central air conditioned with recent developments in the campus. You get a lot of free time called student life where you can play sports or join clubs. Many clubs are there in the college for cultural activities and they are sponsored by companies.

GAT is the entrance exam that has to be written to get into GITAM. There will be a concession in fees based on the performance of the student in the GAT exam. The application form is available on the gitam site and the fee should be paid online only. The admission process is not so long. It gets completed in a well-mannered way. There is no problem regarding the admission.
