I have always been passionate about electricity which drove me to the course I am pursuing i.e electrical engineering. The faculty is very good teachers are masters in their field even the substitute teachers are PhD student ratio is 80:20 teaching methods is very good teachers use visual oral practical all the methods which students want there are 2 exams midterms and end terms with moderate difficulty level.

From 3 years onwards students are eligible for internships and 4-year placements. All the top companies from Microsoft Google apple samsung every tech giant to PSU visit the college. The highest package goes upto 1.5 crores whereas the average package revolves around 15-17 lakhs. The placement percentage is one of the best with upto 97 per cent of students getting placed. I am planning to join google after my course completion

The total cost of a bachelor of technology (b.tech) is roughly around 10 lakhs but if you opt for a hostel your price can go upto 15 lakhs Fees are hiked throughout the 4 years of the course starting from 224000 to 252000 and there are also various scholarships based on your past academic records and past academic marks.

DTU is the best college to come if you're looking for an awesome college life the annual fest is engifest which is the largest fest in North India it is conducted in the month of February. The library is huge it consists of 3 floors all the books are available students can even issue the course books and avail the benefits. The classroom is very neat and clean with all the features. The sports complex is very big in size with exclusive tennis, football, badminton, kabbadi, cricket and many other sports with their own court and even a separate indoor hall with all the equipment you need there are many clubs and websites for a few names free sources and clubs like cultural counsel and many others

Hostels are built very good many would say the old ones need a renovation but overall it's very good newly built hostels are excellent we have different hostels for girls and boys 10 for boys and 4 for girls the triple sharing hostels room provide bed table chairs fans and other necessary Hostel mess is debatable topic and the mess is average in terms of taste . Each year the annual hostels forms are open and students fill and on the basis of distance the students are alloted hostels many private PG's are around the college almost thousands of students opt pg which do not get hostel

The admission to dtu is through JEE mains examination and the counselling process was done via jac the minimum percentage required in class 12 is 60%. The form is released on jee mains website and the form fee is 1500rs an additional 95000 is required to pay at the time of seat allotment and the rest is paid to the university directly there are many reservation benefits such as based on caste income i.e ews and defence the admission process is smooth no changes required
