Course Curriculum Overview
I have passed my diploma in mechanical engineering so I have to opt for mechanical engineering in B.tech also. There are 65 students in a class. All the faculty members are iitian or PhD holders. Our college also conducts Class tests and pre-University tests for better preparation.
Internships Opportunities
YBI foundation has offered us a stipend-based internship, to make us industry ready. As we see that there is automation everywhere so as in mechanical engineering we have also learned about automation in our fields.
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester, the students are eligible for campus placement. There are several companies visited in our college some of the are Adani Group, JSW, Byjus etc. The highest package of our college in the Computer Science department is 44 lakh and the average package is 10 lakh, In the mechanical department, the highest package was 12 lakh and the average package is 4.5 lakh. There is 100% placement of our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
From the day I joined the KIET group of institutions, there is no hike in fees. As all the faculty members and the facilities provided to the students, the fee is not so high. Our college also provides some small scholarship to the students who are top in the class and the one who improves their performance.
Campus Life
Currently, an inotech fest was conducted in our college, where several colleges and schools were participating. The books and journals are available in the library. Sports facilities are also available in our college.
Admission
For admission to the KIET group of institutions, you have to pass your previous class with good grades. You can also give an entrance exam conducted by the government of uttar pradesh for admission to the college affiliated with AKTU University.
