Course Curriculum Overview
I have interest in machines that's why I chose mechanical engineering, there are 65 students in my section which is h good faculty-student ratio. All the facilities are highly qualified and most of them are IITian and PhDs.
Internships Opportunities
For mechanical engineering students, Adani and Jindal Steel Works are the main recruiting companies, and for IT and CS departments there are a number of companies. Our college also provides internships with stipends from several companies.
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester, the placement of students gets started. The student with no backlog is eligible for the placement. The highest package of our mechanical department is 12LPA and the average package is 4.5LPA. There is 100% placement in our department as well as in our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a 119000 tuition fee, a 10000 security fee, 7000 book bank, and other charges. If any student improves his/her performance with respect to his/her previous performance he/she will get 5000 rupees, and the topper of the class gets 12000 rupees.
Campus Life
Recently an infotech event was organized in our college there a number of colleges and schools participate in that event. All the books and journals are available in our college library. There are a number of sports activities are held in our college.
Admission
The eligibility for admission to the KIET group of institutions is that you have to pass your previous class with good grades, or you have to pass the UPTU entrance exam and go through the counseling process for admission.
