A detailed & genuine description of G L Bajaj.

I choose the Btech course because, in the current scenario, it's the best job offering & exponentially growing field if you have sufficient skill & knowledge. The faculty-student ratio is decent here roughly around 1:50. The faculty is really supportive and for university exams, they can help a lot to get good marks & will tell you exactly where the questions will come in semester exams. There are two session AL tests before the end sem exam for first-year students.

From the 6th semester end and 7th-semester starting students are eligible for placements. Before this students also can get internships in the 4th and 5th semesters. We were offered an internship from HP with a stipend of 12000 per month for three months. The highest package last year was 58 lakh to one of our seniors in a company name palo lot and 3 of my batchmate girls have gotten Microsoft internship of 1.5 lac/p.m internship. 95% of students get placed & rest opt for higher studies. I'm going for MBA after my degree.

The fee structure is a bit high here at G L Bajaj. It is as 150000/- per year tuition fee + 8000/- per year university exam fee. Scholarships are available for obc, sc/st students and ews section as well. And there are also some fee waiver seats got by getting a good %ile in jee mains which reduces fees a lot, and campus jobs are not available currently.

The classrooms are decent enough but there should've been air conditioning at such high fees but this college doesn't offer anything as such but the library is really well equipped with air conditioning & plenty of books are available & also all the resources for any type of preparation, placement or for any competitive exam. There are freshers fest organized in winter every year last year jubin nautiyal came, and last year Vishal Dadlani & Shekhar came to perform. There are different clubs as well under the shrinking club & a Rotaract social club as well.

The first-year hostel has a separate building from then senior block. Double sharing rooms are provided to students & four times meals are given. The room is decently furnished with the required amenities. The hostel is a bit costly as at the same rate you can easily get an air-conditioned triple seater room just outside the college in some nearby PGs.

For Bachelor of Technology i.e BTech(CSE) the student has to be 12th passes and appeared for jee mains. U can apply two processes, 1- Direct admission by visiting G L Bajaj's office based on your 12th-grade percentage. CSE is offered to 91%+ students without any problem, although in this case, they make charge some extra amount as well. 2 - Through Upsee counselling by applying on aktu website based on your jee mains %ile. The final and Last round Cut off for CSE is 90%ile. Wish you good luck. Admission chances are getting harder year by year.
