Course Curriculum Overview

Every semester has two common assessment tests and one optional test. The option test is very helpful for boosting internal marks. The pass mark is 45 marks out of 100 at the end semester. The faculties are very strict in discipline and forced students to follow dress codes.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 27500 per year

Placement Experience

The highest package is 6 LPA and the average package is 3 LPA. From the sixth semester, the students are allowed to attend the placement. The placement cell provides books and a program learning platform for students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 27500 for one year. And exam fees of three thousand for each semester. And I use a college bus which cost 8000 rupees per semester. There is lots of scholarship minority scholarship, community scholarship, pms scholarship, etc.

Campus Life

The event and functions are conducted occasionally like the Pongal celebration, women's day function, alumni meet, and sports meet. The sports and games are good compared with another college in the surrounding. The library is very good and has lots of books.

Admission

The application form is available in the college admission cell and also available on the website (egspec.org). We should pay 5000 rupees as a nonrefundable amount. There is no eligibility for courses in this college. The application dates are mentioned on the website.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
