Course Curriculum Overview
Since the placement stats of the college are very good. They are as good as top IITs have. Also, the professors are well qualified but most of the time you have to face a Ph.D. Scholars as your teacher. They may have some lack of knowledge. The exams will seem to be easy if one attends the class regularly. There are many resources available for exams.
Placement Experience
From the start of the final year, one can apply for a company to grab placement. There are approx 342 companies come in our college and almost everyone in our college gets placed. The highest package goes in crores while the lowest can be upto 3-4 lakh also. Almost 90% of the student get placed in any of the top companies or small companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the college are very high. It is approx 2 lakh per year, still, it is less than IIITD but it's difficult for a middle-class student to pay his fees without a loan facility. The scholarship is provided to every SC, ST and OBC, EWS. There are many scholarships to which you can apply. Some scholarships like MCM, SC, and ST post metric scholarships will provide you a full refund of your fees, apart from it the scholarship will also provide you some extra benefits to purchase different items.
Campus Life
The fest of our college is one of the top fests in Delhi. The most awaited fest is Engifest and there are also many other fests that take place and are organized by different societies in our college. One can also participate in the fest. A lot of popular artists come to our college every few months. There is a big sports complex available in which you can play every day of the week except Thursday and Tuesday because they are the day allotted to the FEC's students to play there.
Admission
The admission to this college is done by jac Delhi. Admission to some other colleges like NSUT, IIITD, DSEU, and IGDTU is also done through JAC Delhi. One should qualify to jee mains with a good percentile(if he belongs to the general category) to get into this college. The lower branches like Bio. tech can have admission on a rank of 60k while for the top branches like COE, IT, SE, and MCE you need a rank below 15K. The admission process is quite good, there is no such priority given to eligible students.
