Course Curriculum Overview
The course takes 4 years to complete and the Course curriculum is good with a focus on the latest technologies and trends. Students can take elective courses as per their choice from the given bucket of courses. Students can also take minors in specialized fields in CS, IT, and EE.
Placement Experience
The placement is excellent at the University for the B.Tech course. Students can participate in Internship opportunities from the third year and Placement opportunities from the fourth year. The average package is also about 15-20 LPA for CS students. Various companies like Google, Microsoft, and Atlassian visit the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure consists of a 10% to 5% increase in fees every year. So for students taking admission now, it can cost them up to 11 or 12 lakhs. Students can avail of benefits of various National level or college-based scholarships and Financial assistance schemes. There are various on-campus placement opportunities.
Campus Life
Campus life is chill with a focus on studying, and well being of students. The annual fest Engifest always happens in the 2nd or 3rd week of Feb with over 50,000 students attending the fest last year. There are various books available in the library and University also organizes various Sports (Interdepartmental - Arina) and Technical fest (Innova).
Admission
Admission to DTU is based on JEE mains exam rank and various other National level and University based exams. You can find the application form on the NTA website. The cutoff is different for every year which you can find on various websites.
