Course Curriculum Overview

IC branch involves all kinds of automation in many kinds of industries and it is the future in the industrial sector as everything is going to be automated. Teachers are good and provide all kinds of help when needed

I have not yet done any kind of internship but recently we filled out the form for doing an internship in reliance and we get all kinds of opportunities to do internships in many companies so that we get lots of experience

Placement Experience

The placement is very good and as of in my branch which is ic almost 80 percent of students are placed and their salary is also very good enough. Also, placement in any other branch is about 70 to 80 %

Fees and Financial Aid

Ldce is a government college so the fees are very less that is about 2700 per year. The fees do not hike and scholarships can be obtained from the digital Gujarat portal and mostly everyone gets a scholarship

Campus Life

There are many clubs which host fests around the year and recently there was a concert held in college and Everyone enjoyed the concert. There are many clubs like coding and many more so lots of opportunities

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are very good and specially the E block which was recently built which has all kind of facilities and the rooms are also big and can accommodate 4 children in a room and security is also good.

Hostel Fee: INR 2000 per year

Admission

I got admission by the marks of boards and gujcet exam. The admission process was done by ACPC and we were given a rank based on our marks in the board and gujcet exam. 5 percentage seats were also reserved for admission through JEE mains score

Likes

I like the technique of teaching and sharing the information with others and high tech laboratories
Advanced Computer and classroom and library
Campus are very beautiful and adventurous they have facilities for outside students providing bus service

Dislikes

Nothing for hate but the same thing like mess food are average
And Here Everyone Wants To Makes Friends But Not anyone believes
My Experience Is Too Good But Food Problems of Mess Is My First priority

The parul university review

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really good and vibrant, it is well developed.
Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,

It's really very helpful for new students to choose the college.

Likes

Supportive teacher, guidance, AWS clubs provide.
Many other activities will happen like they also chance toh play sports in intra national Tournament.

Dislikes

Some I feel there management are not good.

Placement Experience:

7 semester company will come to recruitment to students. Like TCS, Medcart, Mahindra and many ahmedabad local companies. Highest package is 12 lpa and average is 4 lpa. Job profile is Full stack, Bde also. 60% of students placed by college placement. I want plan to do masters degree after complete Bechlors degree.

Likes

Maximum things of study is good and the faculty support is also good.
For mysy scholarship they can provide verification center in collage.
Campus is not big but nice and also contain small ground.

Dislikes

In Environ mental science subject the faculty is not good.

Placement Experience:

I think studentes become eligible for campus placements after 6th semester.Name of the Companies visited for collage is Adani Groups ,Reliance ,Flipkart ,Amazon ,TCS , and etc.The highest packege is arround 10 to 14 lacs.And the average pakage is arround 3 to 4 lacs.

IIT Gandhinagar from the eyes of a First Year

Likes

The Sports Complex is a major highlight of IIT Gandhinagar.
The Campus Amenities are top notch and it is a fully green Campus.
Faculties are Expert in their Respective Fields and teach very well.

Dislikes

The Course Load is very High and you will get very less free Time.
The Exams are quite challenging and you have to keep thinking out of the box.
Some lectures such as World Civilization and Cultures are very boring.

Placement Experience:

Placements this year have become better. 4th Years are sitting for Placements right now. Top companies include Infosys, Oracle, De Shaw, Nvidia, etc. All Data is available in the Placement Report which is available on the IIT Gandhinagar Website. Till May 4, 2024 69 % Students have been placed. I plan to go for a masters after my degree.

Some of the staffs are not good in the student section. In normal days you can sit in the reading room for only 8 am to 6pm. Some staffs are rude, some staffs have attitude that they are of BE teachers which is better than MCA, lol....Read More
