What Students Say

Likes

One of the best things is very much low fees and provides large area fo campus for different activities
Infrastructure is good but lab is not much good
Placement is not much good but satisfactory

Dislikes

Teacher not guided students properly actually they are lazy
There is need to improve lab but not focusing on lab
There is need of increasing quality of mess food

Course Curriculum Overview

If anyone belongs to a poor family then this University is very beneficial for them because of the very low fee, around 10k/year fee which is also refunded by the state government in Form of a PMS scholarship if anyone belongs from OBC, SC, ST category. The faculty-student ratio is 1:40. Every teacher is well qualified, most of them completed their MTEC and Ph.D. from reputed IIT. From 2021 there is a course delay because of covid and this situation is in almost every University.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester, we are eligible for placement, some companies visited our college like alstom and some others also, before some days Alstom gives a package of 6.8lpa. About 40-50% of students get placed every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Very low cost, about 10k/year, Different scholarships like PMS, ONGC, NSP, etc. There are many government schemes under which we get scholarships and for getting this scholarship colleges do much cooperation with students as much as possible.

Campus Life

3.5

Techmiti, UMANG is the annual fest which is the biggest fest among all engineering colleges of Bihar. A huge library in college in which we get most of the required books, there are many clubs in college like Prakriti club, moxie club, etc.

Admission

I am a student of M.I.T Muzaffarpur of Aryabhatta Knowledge University. It takes admission on the basis of JEE main score, after JEE result there is a form released by University which fees around rs1200, and for admission, we can apply the form in online mode and then a separate rank card is released and on the basis of this further counseling process takes place for admission in various engineering college in Bihar. To taking admission to MIT, Muzaffarpur which is the topmost engineering college of AKU, Patna we need a score of about 90percentile-General. 85percentile-obc. 70percentile-SC.

I like, college is providing good educational background to engineering student who were not go to IIT or NIT with affordable amount of money.
Faculty are highly educated having good teaching methods and mentoring student. They were selected through BPSC examination.
The campus area is extended in approx 50 acares. The campus provide greenery environment which is better for health of student.

Dislikes

The campus is situated far from the Motihari city which result in lack of conectivity with market.
The college campus has much forest area due to it, you can see wild animal like Nil Gay and Snake in campus .
The college is situated 2 km away from the national highway, due to which you face difficulty in traveling in evening after 6 pm .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I has chossen B. tech in Civi Engineering due to I want to do feild work. Civil Engineering branch is one of the oldest branch and base of all branch. The curiculam prepares me for real-world application or further academic pursuits by dealing hard numericals problem , Civil Engineering branch involves strong team work because any mistake in civil engineering team work result loss of life, money and time. The course is improved by providing strong computer application to civil engineering students and involving AI to this branch. In engineering you can face exam any time so you always ready for any examination and apply the daily study routine to life.
