Course Curriculum Overview

Choosen only because this was the only course i could have done, dont have any specific interest or i might have not find it til admission so just went with easiest option available to me. Faculty is less, student is just too much. Ofcourse faculty is not up to the mark else it would have been same as iit delhi with respect to other things.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies come every year to Provide on campus internships oppurtunities to 2-3rd year students with sprinklr coming with 2lakh per month offer. They do many projects in 2nd year that help them get it

Placement Experience

Too sick. 25 lpa average for cs students, 400+ companies visit campus every year, average of college is like 18lpa. Highest package is 1.83CR in 21-22. 90%+ are placed in CS branch. My plan is to ofcourse do a job

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, back in 2015, it was something like 50,000 a year and now its 2.2 lakh per year, so ofcourse its increased. There are scholarship options, but only availble to ews, sc and st, not for general ...

Campus Life

Sick college life. Lakhs of books in library, 3 storey library, cool and nice. Lots of clubs and website. Many extracurricular activities like games like cricket basketball 400 m track tt badminton indoor hall etc

Admission

Gave JEE Mains, got 10k rank, then got admission through Joint Admission Counselling. They can improve it by improving their tech in the site and also in jee mains there should be more gap between two papers

Good college for leaning and enjoy campus life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

A NICE LITTLE INFO ON MY FAV. DTU

I have applied to GGSIPU , AKTU and other state colleges , I got admission in all of them but DTU was better than them So i chose it I also managed to crack bits goa but the fees was legit too high for me to afford I get rejected from lower NITS because of my rank. Rank is the only deciding factor in getting into college, nothing else college admission was just like school admission. The only difference was the huge pile of documents. You have to submit so many papers, category documents, residence documents To be eligible, you need to score at least 60% in your Class 12th boards for all category students You also have to sit for the JEE exam, and your admission depends entirely on your JEE rank...Read More
