Internship in DTU

I chose the computer science branch because I had that rank and everyone wanted computer science because of the high packages. In college, professors don't care if you study or not it's on you if you want to study you can study but very fewer professors are there who want to teach mostly everyone just come for completing the lectures and students come for completing their attendance. The faculty here are very educated PhD, and mtech from iits they have great knowledge but students do not want to study here so no use. there are total 4 exams per year 2 midterms and 2 endsems

internships here are very easy to grab one can easily get an internship if he has skills this highest stipend internship was of 2lakh per month given by sprinkly also amazon, and microsoft to come to college and provide internship

The placements here are very good and its the key feature of this college. If with so many students intake the avg package of this college is at par with many iits.All the companies that visit IIT DELHI come to this college and the avg package of cs branch is 25lpa+. companies like google, microsoft, amazon, Atlassian, apple, come here for placements, the highest package of year 2021-2022 was 1.8 cr and avg package of the college was 15.6 and avg package of the cs branch was 25lpa+. the placement % is also good in top branches like 95% students get placed in this college also 5% left dont get becase they go for higher studies.

the fees here have really hiked too much the total cost to study here if you take a hostel here is 13 lakhs approx but if your family income is less than 5 lakhs per year you can get scholarships. But there is none for the general candidates above 6lakh annual income.

The college life here in DTU is the most interesting part here people here are very genuine they are very friendly. The college is very beautiful to roam around and there is no strict rules or curfew timing for boys ( for girls its 11 pm) The annual fest of DTU is ENGIFEST its 3rd best fest after IIT DELHI and IIT BOMBAY. The library here is very great and clubs and societies here are also good you get a lot of free time here. you hardly have 3 classes a day. You can follow your passion easily here if you have any. sports and extracurricular activities are good but the gym here is a bit small for so many students.

You can a 2BHK flat basically in 1st year. You get 2 rooms and one balcony 1 kitchen 1 bathroom and 1 toilet the meal here is good some days and bad but its kind of eatable. the registration process is very easy you just need to fill out the form and pay the fees and show the receipt to the warden and fill out some form.

To get admission into DTU one should give JEE MAINS and a clear cutoff for this college and also should get above 60% in 12th boards ( for general candidates After scoring well in JEE MAINS, one should register for JAC DELHI counselling through the jac delhi official website and ( registration fees may vary from 500 -1500 according to the category) The registration process starts with choice filling one should fill that out properly, when 1st round starts( total 3 rounds and one spot round) and you get any seat you have to pay the seat acceptance fee of 95000 otherwise your seat would be taken back One drawback of the counselling process I faced is that your money will go in vain if you didn't withdraw your seat after 2nd round, unlike JOSA counselling where we get our counselling fees back after the spot round. but here they don't wait for the spot round.
