Fests , there is no other college in Delhi which organises better tests than dau
Sports , one of the best things about dau
College Life , usually it is chill but do study when exams are coming

Course Curriculum Overview

ECE is a very difficult course but it provides a vast number of opportunities. Faculty and course are like any other govt. College. It is sub-optimal. There are 2 series of exams in one semester- Mid and End sem exams.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities

You have to study well in college and score a min of 7 cgpa to sit in placement for the majority of companies. Dtu is not for research, it provides very good placements. If anyone wants to do research then go for any other college.

Placement Experience

Avg package last year was around Rs 15 l.p.a and the highest package was Rs . 1 . 8 cr. 200 + companies visit the campus and overall placements are good. There are 100 % placements at dtu. But there is a lot of competition due high number of students

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are on the higher side as compared to DU colleges. But like any other govt. College. it is around 2.5 lacs per annum. There are various scholarship is available like e district. Avg package in this college is around 15 lacs (INR).

Campus Life

DTU has one of the best fests in India. It is called ENGIFEST. There are many small and medium-level fests organized are other societies. Sports is one of the best things about dtu . There are 2 full basketball courts. 1 cricket field, 1 football field, and an indoor stadium also.

Admission

An aspirant has to appear and qualify JEE MAIN EXAM. The application can be found on jac Delhi website. There is an outside and Delhi quota. 85% of seats are reserved for Delhi students and 15%for outside Delhi. The admission is like josaa.

Good college for leaning and enjoy campus life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

A NICE LITTLE INFO ON MY FAV. DTU

I have applied to GGSIPU , AKTU and other state colleges , I got admission in all of them but DTU was better than them So i chose it I also managed to crack bits goa but the fees was legit too high for me to afford I get rejected from lower NITS because of my rank. Rank is the only deciding factor in getting into college, nothing else college admission was just like school admission. The only difference was the huge pile of documents. You have to submit so many papers, category documents, residence documents To be eligible, you need to score at least 60% in your Class 12th boards for all category students You also have to sit for the JEE exam, and your admission depends entirely on your JEE rank...Read More
