What Students Say

Likes

The infrastructure is very beautiful and there is almost no ragging in here..
The seniors are very helpful and talented ..
The faculty is very qualified and teaches pretty good.

Dislikes

There are various time consuming clubs so join them accordingly.
The AKTU curriculum is very hectic and may be depressing sometimes.
The size of campus is not as big as the reputation of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is from Aktu syllabus and the faculty members are awesome. The faculty is very qualified. Many teachers graduated though NIT and BITS pilani. Teachers are very concerned for the students and they are very helpful. Overall Awesome faculty.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 136499 per year

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Many big companies come here for internships like Amazon, Accenture, TCS, and Wipro. Our college is associated with several. Other partner companies and portals such as Internshala etc help students to get through the internships.

Placement Experience

4.5

I am a first-year student but from my prior experience and placement data the placement records are pretty good. Almost 90+ percent of students are placed here. The most placed branch is CSE and IT.

Fees and Financial Aid

136499 per year and an Additional 96000 per year for a hostel. There is no fee hike policy. Many seniors got scholarships of about 55000/-. The placement here is very good. the average salary for the computer science branch is 8 lacs.

Campus Life

Overall kiet college has a nice and lively ambiance. Regular fests and other activities are organized by different clubs. During annual fests such as 'EPOQUE' artists and singers comes to perform. There are several clubs such as movie clubs, coding clubs, etc are run by the students and for the students.

Admission

Mine jee main rank was 105089 (88.89) percentile. I got CSE in the second round through AKTU counseling. I had to report to Kiet group of Institutions after getting my seat through counseling. The admission process was smooth because all my documents were okay. If your reserved quota is showing general in the first round but you filled your category like obc or sc/st then don't panic. In the second round, your reserved category quota will be applied and you will get a seat as per your category.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

My decision was I could say influenced by my elder brother and I don't regret taking admission here. I applied to all AKTU colleges got rejected only from IET LUCKNOW and KNIT SULTANPUR purely due to percentile reason Other than that I got all the colleges including BIET JHANSI. I chose this one due to placement of the 2022 batch. Admission happens here through JEE MAINS and DIRECT ADMISSION as well For my course if you are general then you should have atleast 90+ percentile if you are from home state that is UP. Direct Admission happens on the basis of 12th result for CSE you need near around 90 percentage...Read More
