Course Curriculum Overview
Exams are usually in 3 months 1st mid sems and then End sems. But as we are a covid batch so we have to give exams in 1.5 months as our first semester was short. It was a waste to pass if you study a week before the exam you can pass with a really good cgpa(like 8 or something)
Internships Opportunities
I think internships here are great. Companies like Ola, sprinkler, Microsoft, and some startups like zomato, etc come here for internships. packages vary from unpaid to 200000 per month according to your skills.
Placement Experience
Students mainly become eligible for placement from the third year. Big companies like Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Wipro, Accenture, ola etc come for placements and quite a lot of students get placed. Highest package this year: 1.2 cr last year: 1.9cr Avg pkg:15 lakhs 85-90% of students get placed in tech branches My plan is to continue business after college which I will start in college itself.
Fees and Financial Aid
In our college, there are not many opportunities for you for a scholarship if you are general. You can get a scholarship if you are from the reserved category. Also, there is no reservation for female candidates.
Campus Life
Our annual fest is called Engifest and our tech fest is called Invictus. They both are conducted in the month of February. Most of the books are available in the library but at exam time students take all of them so it is quite hard to find one just before the exam. Grounds are available but they aren't as good as IITs also there is too much crowd here so it is hard to get involved in a sport. Most of the temple grounds are filled with loads of students. Many clubs are being run by students in which different activities occur like E-Cell for entrepreneurship, yuvaan for film and literature, Vibe for Dance and many more.
Admission
See admission process is through joint admission counselling (JAC) which is quite similar to Jossa. But you have to pay here 95,000 more money which is a great amount whereas in jossa it's only 35000.
