I didn't took any entrance exam. I secured good marks in +2 or my graduation and I opted this for institute because here I was getting the course of my choice.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, My institute does provide many internship opportunities in many fields. Companies visit the campus for internship. An average of 10k per month students get from their internships. Students generally spend two months in their internship. I don't know about other's experiences but mine was too good to be true. I learnt so many fruitful things that help me till today.

Every Computing center in this network is enabled by state-of-the-art technology and reflects the prevailing trends in computing. Advanced networking technologies facilitate a seamless integration of the various computing centers and the multiple operating systems. The university encourages hands on experience at all levels, making available standard, licensed software to all students and staff. The servers available are RISC based, XEON technology, and laptop computers.

Our Alumni network is very very strong. Seniors are placed in a very good companies and has good link in so many companies so in case we want a job change they will definitely help us.
Faculty
The faculty is highly qualified and has a very well research background. Though they are little stringent about academics. They tend to appreciate everything that is done in the area of research and academics.
