Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members and teachers are very good at teaching According to my rank, I got ECE. The student ratio is very poor according to me, only 5 to 8 girls in 75 student batch rest are boys. Most teachers are PhD in his/her subject. Every 2 months mid or end semesters are conducted.

Internships Opportunities

Many internships are provided by the college. Companies like Microsoft, Apple, Google, YouTube, and many more. The internship is basically a 3 to 4 months period. Companies give a major or minor task to get selected for their company.

Placement Experience

From 6th or 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Many big company visits in campus A company like- Google, Microsoft, Uber, Ola etc. Highest international package- 1.5cr Highest local package- 60 lakhs Lowest package- 6 lakhs Mostly 98%of students are placed. Get placed in big companies

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for BTech courses is high usually in private colleges but their placement records are not good. But in DTU fee is high but placement records are also good. Scholarships for St/SC, OBC, EWS and general are also available. Mainly MCM scholarships are available for every student.

Campus Life

YUVAAN, ENGIFEST, and INVICTUS are mainly the annual fest of DTU. And this fest is conducted in the months of February and March according to fresher students. All books with a great stock are available. and all journals are available in the library. The classrooms are pretty good. The sports complex is very large and big and all types of sports are available on campus Many social clubs are available like assets, ecell, emcee, Rotaract club and many more.

Admission

You must have a 60% aggregate in class 12th. candidate should have qualified JEE MAIN exam with a good AIR. Using JAC DELHI counselling you get into DTU. FEE structures are available on the JAC DELHI website. GENERAL, EWS, OBC, SC, ST, PWD all reservations are available for students. CUTOFF of DTU is also available on the JAC DELHI website. The period of counselling is very long.

Good college for leaning and enjoy campus life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

A NICE LITTLE INFO ON MY FAV. DTU

I have applied to GGSIPU , AKTU and other state colleges , I got admission in all of them but DTU was better than them So i chose it I also managed to crack bits goa but the fees was legit too high for me to afford I get rejected from lower NITS because of my rank. Rank is the only deciding factor in getting into college, nothing else college admission was just like school admission. The only difference was the huge pile of documents. You have to submit so many papers, category documents, residence documents To be eligible, you need to score at least 60% in your Class 12th boards for all category students You also have to sit for the JEE exam, and your admission depends entirely on your JEE rank...Read More
