- The thing i dont like about dtu is delhi region student dont get the hostel. There are many student who come from very far so they have to travel too much and alot time waste
- The thing i dont like the hostel fee which is too high many middle class student cant afford it.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the Engineering Physics branch. Firstly I am a tech-oriented person and if we only exclude some companies almost every company is open for the Engineering Physics branch in terms of placements and internships. There is a good ratio between teacher and student. There is 65:1. The teachers are highly qualified they have done their BTech, MTech, Ph.D., and other things to teach. Hod's are too much qualified they have the best method to teach the student. The ist year is a little small as compared to another year. And exams are a bit complex and hard. If you don't study you have a very less chance that you can pass the exam. So you have to study medium to pass the exam.
Internships Opportunities
As I said previously in dtu there are many companies that pay good stipends like Goldman Sachs, Google, sprinkler, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, de-shaw and too many more tech company are there for students. there are many core companies like Qualcomm, Texas, and many more which they pay good stipends and good placement as well. For tech placement, many students make good projects which help them for placement. Projects like some good games, apps, and many other things.
Fees and Financial Aid
The DTU fees are very costly and it increases as you move to next year. But as there are many students who are below the middle class the dtu provides its own scholarships and the student get the scholarship amount according to their income certificate. According to income, you get tuition fees of 25, 50%, and 100%. And dtu has 350-400 companies that visit dtu for giving students jobs and internships. And there are many companies that visit the campus and paid to much stipend to students.
Campus Life
Engineering life is stressful but it is true it is very enjoyable also There are many things in dtu to enjoy life. There are many fests happen in dtu like yuvaan and the biggest fest 'engifest'. This fest most of the time happens in February. we have tech fest as well as IEEE which is tech fest. There are many books available for students which they can study on library or they can issue the book through their id card. We have best best classroom and have AC as well as in classroom and projector, whiteboard, and light as well. In dtu many opportunities in sports as well as and dtu have good ground area-wise. And many other extra activities happen in dtu like madhurima, and many activities. Roundtable is one of the clubs which is run by a student of dtu and provide junior the information and many important things.
Admission
You can apply for jee main after or appear in 12 classes in these three subjects are their physics, chemistry, and math and you have to crack the exam for getting the best campus. The NTA releases the jee main application form and for males it fee is 1000 rupees and for females, the candidate fee is 800 rupees. the completion of the form you will get the date of examination after a month and your admit card released. Dtu has the best admission process there is no need to be changed it.
