- The exams conducted here are made too hectic that is there is no preparatory off between the exams which make it hectic and students are not able to do well because of that
- The intake of the students in the college is also one of the concerning issue for the college as it results in massive competition at times of placements
- There is lack of hostels for Delhi based candidates as hostels are provided just to outside Delhi candidates
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because this is a quite good course here with a decent average package. Faculty to student ratio is 1:15. Faculties are highly qualified most are Ph.D. holders. There are 2 exams conducted that are MID-SEMS and END-SEMS which were in January and March of 1st semester. The difficulty level of the exams is quite good but you can Ace the exams if you will be regular with your studies.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are also very good in our college companies hire interns at the start of the 5tg semester and give them a decent stipend ranging from 70000/month in Atlassian to 2lac/month at Sprinkler. PSUs also visit our campus for hiring interns. Many students get PPOs after completion of their intern tenure which gives them peace of mind while actual placements. Many research institutes like DRDO ISRO also visit to hire researchers onboard with them.
Placement Experience
Placements at our college our is quite good various MNC companies visit our campus like Google Microsoft Amazon. The highest offer in the previous placement season stood at 1.2CR per annum and the average package was around 15LPA. The sprinkler was the company that gave the highest stipend for an internship which was 2lac/month. More than 82% of students are placed rest go for either higher education or government exams preparation. My plan after getting the degree is to be placed in a Good MNC with a decent package.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure for the first year is around 2.2lac for the academic year 2022-23. The fee hike is around 5-10% for every academic year. There are many scholarships Offered to the students some are merit-based while others are category based there are many private scholarships also including Reliance Foundation Scholarship and the Fast retailing scholarship.
Campus Life
Life on campus is quite cheerful as there are many events and workshops conducted from time to time for refreshing+ there are many tech and nontech societies also Annual fest is ENGIFEST and Tech fest is INVICTUS. Books, Magazines, and various kinds of journals are always available ranging on different topics in the CENTRAL LIBRARY. Our classroom is well maintained and fully air-conditioned and they have many charging ports also. There are many sports facilities also both indoor and outdoor sports.
Admission
The admission process was based on JEE MAINS rank and through JAC(Joint admission counseling) Application forms are out just after JEE advanced exam the counseling has 4 to 5 rounds. Eligibility:- JEE mains Rank and more than 75% in CBSE boards. The improvement suggested is the website traffic should be managed well as it crashes sometimes.
