Remarks

As this is a university which has a more than 15 years of excellence there is nothing bad to say. Overall a student who has goals and wants to achieve them, surely can join here.

Entrance Preview

As our university is deemed , it has its own examination . Its for 180 marks and I scored 110 in it and got CSE .

Course Curriculum Overview

4

actually compared to the other colleges outside our university provides a vivid curriculum in which a student can opt and study what he wants. Many courses like foreign languages , iot etc are offered. During the vacation time they offer free workshops , which a student can attend and gain lot of knowledge . And also equally impotance is given to sports.

Internships Opportunities

Yes our university provides internships to the students. During their 3rd year students are allowed to do an internship , because a student needs enough knowledge to survive in the real world. So until 3rd year the students are trained and then given a real time exposure. Generally the stipend ranges between 10000 to 20000 .

Placement Experience

3.5

There are around 5000 students in our university and the students are so we'll trained such that nearly 3000+ students get placed in the first 15 to 20 companies. Then there are still more companies which give a second chance for students who think so get into their dream company.

College Events

3.5

There are many fests or events which will take place in the college. During the starting of the year there will be a Fresher's party thrown by the seniors to invite the Juniors. Later during the half year there will be events like technical event , ethnic event , Halloween event and the main event of our university - Pramana . Which is a 3 days event celebrated in the university allowing all the students to mingle without the senior- junior barrier . It has many live shows performance and the last day it will have Sunburn , the biggest music festival in India.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is actually a bit costly. Our university charges 2.25 lakhs per semester . And this fee has a hike of 25000 every year . And the student who chooses to be a days scholar has can opt for college transport or his own transport . If he opts for college transport he has to pay as per the distance from his home to college. If he wants to be a hostler he has to pay according to the structure offered by the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes there is a scholarship that the college offers to students who have a 8+ cgpa in their exams. The students can avail that money through check or cash , or they can ask the management to deduct that amount from transport or tution fee.

Campus Life

4

coming to the campus life , it's the best a student can get as there are students from many parts of the world and they maintain the diversity. The labs are so good that they provide a miniature of real time exposure to the student. There are many student bodies which throw an open challenge for the students to come and prove their talent etc.

Hostel Facilities

4

The college provides a very good hostel and mess facility to the students. They see that no student faces a problem regarding hostel or food. They provide a daily menu which satisfies all the students from all parts of country, and they prepare the food so hygiene so that it just feels like the food that they eat at home.

Alumni/Alumna

Every 5 years the university has an alumni, where all the senior students turn up and share their experiences, how their life has changed after leaving the university and all. They interact very well with he junior students and guide then to excellence.

Exam Structure

Basically there are 3 midterm exams out of which best two are picked. They are considered for 30 marks and the remaining 10 marks are for the assignments. So totally it is taken for 40 marks. There are 2 lab internals at the end of semester. After all of them there will be semester end exams . Every individual needs to score more than 40 to pass in a subject out of hundred . If he fails that leads to the backlog in that subject.

Admission

if the individual is qualified in the exam he gets the rank he secured . Then the dates of the counseling will be announced. The individual has to go to the university according to the date and slot he got. After that its simple , certificates submission and verification and selection of desired field and then done.

Faculty

4

Our university has a lectures whose qualification is PhD. And below that qualification no one is hired. And of course the teaching style of them matches our requirements because they give importance to the knowledge a student has gained rather than how much marks he has scored . So this method doesn't pressurize a student to gain marks but allows him to learn maximum.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the NIAT curriculum around four out of five. In my opinion, it is good that the curriculum is not only based on theoretical studies. The inclusion of coding, projects, assignments, and practical knowledge is quite engaging for the students, as they can apply the acquired information in practice. Additionally, I find the curriculum up to date compared to the standard Btech syllabus, which mainly focuses on theoretical background. However the curriculum could have fewer assignments, as some of them are rather time consuming and require additional study to achieve a better understanding of a particular subject.

Placement Experience:

The on-campus usually starts in 6th Semester. A company called MathCo was the first company it came for the role of analyst. Around 5-7 people got selected. The average package would be usually around 4-4.5 LPA, but highest package was 6.25 from PlanetSpark for role of Sales. The percentage is nearly to 10-12%. After degree, get a job and work for atleast 2 years for learning current trends is my basic thought as of now.
