Internships Opportunities

In 2006 we were in the 3rd year of our academic. the MNC's Human Resource personals visited our college and interviewed the qualified students and given offer to them. i am very much happy say got selected one among them and i started my career with them.

Placement Experience

4.5

On some courses, work placements are compulsory in order to get your degree, while on others you can opt to do a placement as one of your modules. If this is the case you may find that the organization is simply allocated to you. If this isn't the case then you should arrange your own placement. Your first port of call should be your university careers service as they will have a huge database of employer and alumni contacts. Careers advisers will also be on hand to help with applications. Take advantage of work experience fairs to make contact with employers and search for suitable placements online. You can also target employers speculatively to find and arrange work placements. Take a look at our employer profiles to find out what's on offer. If you're arranging your own work placement, ask for the terms to be agreed in writing beforehand as work placements are not covered by employment legislation. If you're in any doubt about the organisation or the activities, you should seek further advice from your careers service.

College Events

4.5

AgniAgni, an intra-college event, is the first of the cultural extravaganzas on CEG's academic calendar, taking place typically during August or September.Agni takes place over a course of 3 days, with a wide range of cultural events and fun workshops that open up previously unexplored avenues to the new CEGians, along with celebratory pro-nights. Agni thus introduces CEG's freshers to the incredible talent our students bring to the table. SangarshSangarsh, organized by the Rotaract Club of CEG and under the patronage of prominent celebrities, is an annual musical concert aimed at raising funds for the needy sections of the society. The event has helped in contributing to social causes such as the aid of physically and mentally challenged, cancer patients, polio, HIV stricken etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES The fee structure is much feasible. The tuition fee per semester is 8,000 and in the beginning we need to pay 25,000 for the maintenance. Hostel fee including mess per semester is 18,000 which is very much less compared to the other colleges. The mess bill is calculated separately for veg and non-veg.I prefer veg.

Fees and Financial Aid

LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS This is my first year in this college and i am not fully aware of the facilities provided by the college.I didn't receive any scholarship and not aware of it.

Campus Life

4

Campus: Serene Beauty during monsoons and one of the best kept lawns in the city. The walk from library to Classrooms is where most happiness happens. This year Kurukshetra'17 presents a IBM Machine Learning Workshop which provides a computer the ability to take decision on its own after training it with data.

Hostel Facilities

4

HOSTEL FACILITIES Hostel: The hostel is spacious, well kept and relatively safe for Men and Women. The food is terrible though.food is the only problem in hostel but we have a good experience and we really feel safe and secured in hostel and hostel is the best to go with rather then getting exploited outside the campus.

Alumni/Alumna

Gowtham Ravi helped me a lot during my studies. My college has an excellent exam structure that it really helps us to learn more and understand in perfectly and all these exams will really help us to correct our-self from our mistakes so that we can understand good technological education and memories most important concepts for development

Exam Structure

The Fundamentals level has a total of 9 papers/subjects and they are divided into two modules: Knowledge and Skills The Knowledge module has 3 papers and deals with the main areas of financial and management accounting. You will study the accountancy areas in greater detail in greater detail after you have studied this. There are six subjects in the Skills module which cover the main technical areas that accountants are expected to know.

Admission

In person visited the college (Cape Institute of Technology), inquired about the colleges and available seats and took admission for Information technology. It is an 3 years course after Diploma in Information Technology. the admission made for a academic of 2004 to 2007.
