Course Curriculum Overview
Currently, the IT industry is at boom that's why choose my branch as Information Technology. The faculty of the college is great and most of the teachers have done Mtech from reputed colleges and some are also going for Ph.D.
Internships Opportunities
Overall the college is great. Most of the companies that offer internships in the college are on an unpaid basis. But you can look for internships on various other platforms. The projects done are ok it all depends on you and your hard work.
Placement Experience
The placements in our college are ok. Mass recruiters like TCS, infosys, cognizant, and Accenture visit our college. Some good companies like cisco, lowes etc also come oncampus. Almost all the students are placed every year, Even civil and mechanical students get placements some in the core and other in the IT industry.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fee is around 120000 per year and the hostel fee is around 94000 per year. There is a scholarship for students that are provided by the government and the college also provides a scholarship based on academics.
Campus Life
The annual fest that takes place over here is called Epoque. It is mostly conducted in the month of March. There are a lot of clubs and extracurricular activities that you can become a part of. Overall you will have a great college life.
Admission
I took admitted through AKTU Exam(then AKTU) in the year 2019. I guess now the exam has been removed and jee mains percentile is considered for admission. There were 3 rounds of normal counseling and one or two spot rounds I don't remember clearly. In the counseling, we had to give our college preference, and colleges were allotted according to our ranks. In uptu exam, there was no negative marking and the questions were easy to medium level.
