IILM University

I chose this course because technology is used more and more day by day, we are more dependent on it so for handling this sector more people would be required and cashflow is more. Faculty is fewer but are qualified from IIT and have doctorates in their subjects. The admission of Students for this course is much more compared to last year. There are basically 2 exams in a semester mid sem of 30 marks and end sem of 100 marks and external and internal practical's, a total of this gives out the result. One can pass if one attends classes regularly or studies lectures dictated by the professors.

The internship is provided to ones with good skills like IBM provides internships to their students within 3rd year itself. IBM is an extra course that requires an extra Rs50,000 with tuition fees. The majority of students get internships in 3rd and 4th years of college itself.

After 4th-year students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like IBM, Microsoft, Infosys, etc. have made visits, and offers to students with outstanding academic performance were provided. The highest Package is up to 12 Lakhs per annum and the average package is up to Rs 4 to 5 Lakhs per annum. 70% of students get placed. My plan after doing this degree is to do Mtech.

Based on one's 12th board result they can get a scholarship, for a full scholarship 90% and above. One should have a CGP of 9 and above to avail scholarship of 50% deducted from academic tuition fees. One gets more opportunities to get the best internships during 3rd year when one has gained enough skills and experience in the field.

No Annual fest has been organized since the day I joined IILM University. The library is stocked up with a large variety of reference books. The classroom is well-air-conditioned and can accommodate a large number of students, the podium is present at the center of the classroom for the professors to sound audible enough to the back of the class. As IILM is quite spacious so there is a lot of ground area to play sports like football, basketball, cricket, etc. Many social clubs like photography, event organizers, etc. are present on campus with faculties to support and guide them in decision-making.

For the eligibility of the course above 50% in PCM( Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and an online entrance test of the college itself which requires 50% and above. Found the application form online itself from IILM's official website itself. The application was filled out online itself and information regarding dates was available on the official site itself. The Admission Process would have been done at a better pace if more faculty handling this sector is present.
