Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty are qualified, with Ph.D. from reputed colleges, and some are with international degrees as well. The teaching method is outdated, professor knows the subject in depth but can't explain them in a simplified way.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 285000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies visited were Sprinkler, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Infosys, Facebook, Apple, Qualcomm, Google, Tata, Mahindra, Johnson's, adani power and Enterprises,jio, Zomato, Samsung, Sony, oracle, Legrand, etc.

Placement Experience

3rd-year semester 2 are eligible for placements. The highest package is 1.4 crores international and 70 lacs domestic. Almost all companies visit here, like Faang, Microsoft, tata, consultancy, Qualcomm, Paytm, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Cost of study 285000 for 2 semesters. Mess+ hostel fees are 60,000. Scholarships are based on income and category, no scholarship for the general creamy layer. The courses are costly but way cheaper than private ones.

Campus Life

Engifest is the annual cultural fest, yuvaan is the literature fest, aahvaahan is the sports fest and Invictus is the tech fest that is conducted here. Classroom well lit with AC. Perfect sports ground with indoor hall.

Admission

The admission was with the help of Jac counseling system. This government body controls dtu, nsut, and iiitd. The cut-off for cse branch in the general category was 10801 AIR in Jee Mains. The admission process is fluid and systematic. Maybe a slight improvement would be better.

Good college for leaning and enjoy campus life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

A NICE LITTLE INFO ON MY FAV. DTU

I have applied to GGSIPU , AKTU and other state colleges , I got admission in all of them but DTU was better than them So i chose it I also managed to crack bits goa but the fees was legit too high for me to afford I get rejected from lower NITS because of my rank. Rank is the only deciding factor in getting into college, nothing else college admission was just like school admission. The only difference was the huge pile of documents. You have to submit so many papers, category documents, residence documents To be eligible, you need to score at least 60% in your Class 12th boards for all category students You also have to sit for the JEE exam, and your admission depends entirely on your JEE rank...Read More
