Course Curriculum Overview
I want to make my carrier in IT field as a web developer post so I choose cse branch in silicon. Faculties are very good in their domain and they are very interactive with us but sometimes it doesn't happen when we are not doing an assignment but they are trying to make our life better. Every teacher has their own teaching style and we can not compare them because if we learn something with the same style then it's obvious that we are getting bored so it's good that our all teacher make their different style of teaching and coming to the qualifications all our teachers are well educated and very master in their domain. There are 2 exams that are mid-term exam which carries 25 mark and another is end-term exam which carried 60 mark and rest 15 mark is given by teacher assessment. And to pass the end-term exam we have to secure 24 marks out of 60 and combined all marks we need 40 marks only. So it is very much easy to secure good marks in examinations.
Internships Opportunities
Mainly in our college, there is an IICELL for managing internships and placing students. And they offered many internships taking from companies like Syllogistek, DivinAI, tcs, wipro etc. And if our performance is better in that we get a stipend max 10k.
Placement Experience
If you are in 3rd year then you can sit for placement. In the last year, there are 550 placements coming from companies like TCS, wipro, amazon, Accenture etc. The average package is 400000 and the highest package is 2400000. Arround 96% of students are placed. If I get a degree from btech I can join a reputed company and also do some part-time jobs using web development.
Fees and Financial Aid
Coming to the fee structure, we have to deposit 155000 for the course fee and for the examination, we have to deposit 2000 rupees and some other particular activity like if we join some club, gym, hostel, or canteen the price is different for that. Actually, I got a stipend of 15000 rupees from an internship (MERN) and there are many scholarships notified to us in a different year.
Campus Life
In our college Zygon, Nirman is conducted as an annual fest and it is conducted in January and October likely. Well if I talk about book availability, the book I need if I go to the library I can get it easily and I am not sure about all types of books but I am getting all books which I need. Our classrooms are like a place where if you entered then you are never disappointed because approx all classrooms are digital and filled with ac. There are many extracurricular activities done in our college like sports basketball, music club, dance club, bit boxing etc.
Hostel Facilities
In the hostel, there are a lot of facilities like in room 3 students can leave. There are 2 fans and 3 almirahs and also they provide ac, study table, washing machine, water filter etc. Comming to the canteen part per month they take 4000 rupees and give 3 times meal. For registration you have to visit campus physically then talk to the warden and fill out a form then you can be registered. If you are a locality and look to live some days then there is a guest house.
Admission
First I completed my 12th and cracked the exam with 59% and also I gave her main exam where I secured 80 percentile in general. But the college criteria is we have to secure at least 45% in 12th and in her main at least 75 percentile according to the respective year.
