GMIT DAVANGERE COLLEGE REVIEW

I chose this course because of my interest in computer-related stuff. There are 20 staff members and a total of 180 students in our department student to teachers ratio comes to a 9:1 ratio. Most every faculty is completed their Ph.D. and some did up to a master's degree. Teaching is overall good, The teacher teaches as per the exams and exams are easy to moderate level.

Generally, students become eligible for placements from the 6th sem. Some of the companies that visit our college are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, slk software, and Accenture. The highest package was 13.5 LPA from the target company of sde level 4 role. The average is 3.5 lpa tcs ninja. 5 lpa slk software 80% of students get placed in software branches My plan is to grab a good placement after my degree

There are no fee hikes and it is the same for all four years apart from the fee there will be around 3000 rupees for study materials There will be a scholarship from the government of 18000 per year and also a gold medal if academic performance is excellent.

There is an annual fest called Mallika and ethnic day which takes place in even sem generally around Nov - Jan month. Our college has the biggest library in Karnataka and there is a vast variety of books available here. We have smart classrooms in our college and vast classrooms. There is not much importance for sports and extracurricular activities but there will be an interbranch sport in our college once a year. There are some clubs which students run some of them are exotic gmit sookshmas coding club etc.

We have to write a KCET exam for admission to this college or can get a management seat. We can find the application form on the college website there is also an entrance exam where there is a scholarship for top students. Every update will be given on the college website and the management seat fee is around 3 lakhs per year for software branches. If an entrance exam is given then there is a special scholarship which is deducted from their fees. Reservation benefits are there only for pupils who come from the KCET examination counseling process. There are no drawbacks to the admission process.
