Remarks

Ragging was strongly banned so that was good.some faculty members were unsuited to teach ,they could have been replaced, that the only problem i got.rest was all good.

Entrance Preview

EAMCET.i scored 139 marks out of 160. Osmania university has always been a prestigious college and thats the reason i opted for it.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

At first i wasnt impressed with courses but as time passed i got used to it.the subject i was taught in my first year seemed useless to me since i already learnt them in previous classes(11th and 12th).from 2nd year the courses were more related to dept wise.

Internships Opportunities

Yes.In the 3rd year i did internship in structural engineering. It was a good experience.they even reimbursed the money i spent on it.

Placement Experience

4

The placements were everywhere.most of them were related to software engineering the companies that came were Accenture,Google,L and T etc.packages were 30000/- month. The most placements happened in my college.about 90% of students were selected.i would love to see more civil and mechanical dept companies.

College Events

2.5

Coming to events it was a okay experience, there were some cultural festivals ,the management were not that much involved though.the students made it happen.i wasn't happy with that .technical events were only the events where faculty would participate(guide the students).

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its a very cheap college. compared to all colleges the fees was minimum.i studies all my four years on scholarship. All the exam fee was reimbursed on that.but for foreigners it was a expensive college.I was never disappointed with fee structure though.

Fees and Financial Aid

No.the college didn't provide any scholarships.and no loan facilities either.only scholarship i got was from government based on my merit.

Campus Life

4

There was no gender biased relation there.there was lot of diversity in college, different states even different countries. There were no extracurricular activities.they used to conduct sports every year so that was good.Labs were average.so all in all it was a good experience.

Hostel Facilities

2

The hostel sucked.the mess food sucked.the hostel was so messy No cleanliness no discipline.the food was unhygienic.i could literally see bee’s flying around food.No improvement on taste also.It was a worst experience coming to hostel and mess.there were 4 candidates in each room.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network was good.they’d help us whenever seeker for.Seniors gave a hard time in the beginning but they came around as days progressed

Exam Structure

In the beginning years especially first year the timetable was so hectic with labs that it was unbearable.i hated that year due to that.Exams were properly designed.in the third and fourth year the labs were properly spaced out so we could chill for a bit.

Admission

There was time slot to report in college with allotment letter and documents.and thats it next thing i knew i was in orientation day.there were so people to help out since it was all a new experience.also there were arrangements for food and water.which cant be neglected.

Faculty

2

Majority of faculty was a disappointment.only the experienced one were the best.the experienced one were the best.the rest couldn't event teach.it was hard to understand them, some lecturers barely came to college.some wouldn't even give notes which was a necessity then.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is updated regularly with topics that match current technology trends. We get enough time to complete assignments and improve our understanding. Internal assessments and presentations also help in overall learning. I feel more elective subjects can be added to give students wider career options.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Placement Experience:

I think IN-campus Placements are the best thing that this college may offer. This is one of the top college in Telangana so almost every top company gives a chance to this college companies like Cisco, Insfosys, TCS, Cognizent, Accenture and many more. The highest package is 34LPA last year 2024, and the average is 7LPA i think.I think almost 60 to 70 percentage of people get place in the companies.I plan to get place in the top most comnmpany in the Telanagana after getting degree.
